Great experience at Verizon, Siler City location!! Our salesman, Vander, was attentive to our needs and did an excellent job explaining different options to us. When our new phones arrived, Vander again went above and beyond setting up our phones. Highly recommend Siler City Verizon!!

Appointment was easy to schedule, relaxed, and though transfer between phones was a bit complicated Liz’s confidence gave me confidence that I wasn’t going to loose important things I had saved on my old phone. Excellent experience!

Alex was a new employee at the Verison store in Siler City, but assisted us like a veteran. He was attentative to our every need and was a fantastic listener in order to serve my wife and myself’s purchase of a 2023 iPhone 15 Pro Max and accessories.

I visited the store initially a few weeks ago. Edit was there to greet me, listen to my needs, and provide all of the options available w/ pricing & promotions. She is exceptionally friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. On my next visit to purchase and sign up she even remembered my name and our prior discussion. Other staff members were friendly & professional also and followed up with a call as other customers were being assisted at the time. Overall, a high level of service at Verizon Siler City!

Worked with Brandon in Siler City. He was great. Very knowledgeable. He greeted every person that came through that door. Got a new phone, discussed the plan and transferred all data in under an hour. Best service ever in a cell phone store. Thanks.

Latasha was so patient, pleasant and helpful. She made quick work of my request and was even able to take care of some questions I didn’t think they could navigate for me. I appreciated her friendly efficiency and she took all precautions to clean the workspace in between customers.

Anna at Siler City Verizon was patient, informative, helpful, and knowledgeable. She went over and beyond any customer service I could have imagined. She listened to my needs and wants for a new phone. She took time to help me find the right phone and brand, and she helped me set up my phone with functions in which I was unfamiliar. I dreaded coming in for a new phone, but she made it easier than I could have imagined. I will be a repeat customer because of Anna’s service.

I am very happy with the service I was given by Tasha at the Verizon wireless store in Siler City. She was helpful and understanding the entire time I was adding my fiancé to our line. She helped us choose a phone that we were able to afford and continued to be patient with us even while we had a hard time deciding what phone we wanted and could afford.
Her co worker was also very kind and allowed Tasha to serve us because she had served us previously in order to give Tasha the commission she earned through our purchase!
Overall, I had a great experience and would refer everyone in the area to come to this Verizon wireless to get any service they need from Verizon.

I went into the store not having a clue exactly what we needed to do as a family. Anna was extremely helpful and we felt more educated about our choices than sold to. I would highly recommend this location!

Anna in siler city office fixed my problem in about one minute . I was on the phone for hours and when I saw her she fixed my problem very fast. She was very nice and Verizon is lucky to have her. You have a tech also named Trevor who was very helpful.

Pretty sure the negative reviews are internet trolls. Anna and Tasha are incredible. I will always ensure I go to this store if I ever have a problem. So helpful and so fast ♡
