The UPS Store

One of the most efficient stores and multi tasking employees I have experienced. This will be my store from now on. Staff was very friendly and so helpful. The lady at the counter was working two and three customers at once, I being one of the three. If you look for efficiency and near perfect service, this is where you need to do your shipping and receiving business.

I shopped there January 19, 2024 the young man helping me should win an award for customer service. Glad to see. there are still high-quality customer service businesses out there ,hard to come by these days especially the young generation!!!!!!

Wry friendly and helpful. The lady in there was very nice, and trustworthy. Someone left their Amazon account logged in and she was the first to say "oh sir, please log out for her." Very nice

It is really delicious food i love it and advise every one to try this restaurant.

I don't wanna jinx myself after posting this but the employees here are so sweet. I go here alot because I'm always ordering.... I gotta stop... but anyway I didn't have my label printed and the lady and the guy on 2 separate occasions let me print it off there. I had just gotten off of work that one of the days too. It was like 8 am and the guy was so nice. I probably acted like a zombie but it's cuz I was past tired and just straight delusional otw home. What was real and what not you know? Anyway. I'll be back. 5 stars dudes. Keep it up. 🤙🏾

Trent was very helpful as well as all of the staff. I went there to get some copies made and to use their fax service. As I waited for my fax and emails printed I observed several friendly greetings as people came in additional staff was there to assist with shipping needs. I also seen a elderly man get help with a box taken to his car with a smile! This is my go too shipping store!

I needed help with figuring out a package situation. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They resolved my issue in a timely manner on the spot. I also observed one of the employees handling a livid customer with patience, grace and professionalism. Will be happy to return to the store for future needs!

As a local published author, this store is excellent at meeting all my needs. From excellent quality flyers for book signings to special events, to shipping autographed books all over the country to my fans, this is the only store for me. The staff are friendly and professional and I highly recommend this store to all my friends, family, and fellow local artists for their various needs. I drive 30 minutes completely out of my way just to go to this store because I know my flyers will be great and my fans get their books when I say they'll get them. Thank you Chris and staff for making this part of my life so much easier and for making my fans very happy.

Surprised by the average rating, as every time I go by there (and it's a few times a month), the customer service and provided services are always top shelf. They're efficient, friendly, and professional. I've only been to a few other locations, and those are the same. UPS as a company provides the right training, and the local operators hire the right people.

I was there yesterday and they were busy but gave excellent service. Catrice is the one who service me and was extremely nice, helpful, and patient. Keep up the good work 🥰

I called this store in a panic and thankfully Charles answered , I needed help getting wedding flowers to South Carolina by Wednesday. He told me "No Problem" . I brought them in he repacked them to get them there safely.I can never thank them enough for the professional why they did their job in helping me in a difficult situation. Thank you Charles and the bride and her family thanks you ! And yes they got there on Wednesday.

Excellent experience each time I've used this place. Whether for business or personal they've always been helpful and accommodating.

The staff at this UPS store are wonderful. They have the attitude of "What CAN I do to help you?" Never the more common "What MUST I do?" They are eager, friendly, and they have that most important ingredient, Concern. I could not ask for more.

Mailed two packages from this location. One I already had in a box and the other they had to box up. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and I felt the prices were very reasonable. Was happy with the service I received. Will use this location again for future mailings.

Been here several times for various reasons (mostly dropping off prepaid packages) and the service has always been good with little to no waiting.

This is the best UPS store in Columbus, GA. The staff is very friendly and quick. The other UPS stores have staff that act like it is a burden to help you and you wait in line forever. I always go to this UPS store when I need to ship a package.
