I went in for a fast charger today and Jordan was very attentive, awesome, and I could tell he is a very decent human being. Thank you for being so kind Jordan! I will definitely recommend this place.

Joshua was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly to me respectfully like a person beyond his years. It was so impressive that I even mentioned to him on the spot and he thanked me.
I would suggest anyone use this store and you’ll leave with a smile on your face.

I came in to buy a phone over the weekend and Ron was so very helpful and pleasant to do business with. There was several people who came in and he was the only worker and I was shocked by his work ethic. He is very good at his job and should be recognized for it. I will send anyone who needs a phone or help his way in the future

The store was very clean, and the staff is super helpful! As a Russel Cellular store, they also charge less than the corporate location for servicing your phone. Highly recommend to anyone in the Columbus area.

The concentrated customer service at this store was absolutely amazing!! The staff helped me with all of my concerns as well as my sons concerns with his I Pad. I really appreciate the positive attitude that was shown to me and my family as well as going over and beyond to get all of our devices up and running!!! We were all smiles leaving that store😀😀!!

Joshua was very nice and knowledgeable about the products in the store. He was very customer friendly. They didn't have one of the items I was looking for, but Joshua told me were to go to get it.

Great customer service. I went in initially just to pay a bill I ended up upgrading by trading my phone in I had over $100 in money to spend after the activation fees were covered. Ron is the man who helped me. He’s great!

Ron did an amazing job, he was the only person in there and was very professional. He was able to work with multiple customers at once and i got the phone I wanted in a very short amount of time.

They have some of the best service I've ever experienced. They answered all of my questions and walked me through any problems I was having with my account. 10 out of 10. Will recommend.

Keeping with my theme of only reviewing really good or bad places. Russell Cellular falls into the really good. Went there today to have a couple items updated on my cellphone plan. James was extremely helpful, he did exactly what I asked and didn’t try to sell me anything. My usual experience with Verizon stores entail pushy sales rep, so this experience was very refreshing.

Highly recommend Russell Cellular and I will be sure to go back if I need anything else.
