Ricardo saved me today!!!
Spent over an hour on the phone and they could not get one of our company iPads service working... Came into store, and he was able to figure it out and have it up and running within 5 minutes.
He was helpful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable!
Highly recommend him for any needs you have!

Leyton was truly amazing with helping me upgrade my phone. He made the process seamless and I was in and out within 30 minutes! If you are looking for great service go to this store!

I brought my son's (who's Autistic and having a meltdown without his phone) phone to this location after he'd done something to it. Ricardo met me at the door and fixed it in 1 minute. I was so appreciative. He was friendly and knew what to do right away!! Thank you so much!! My son was very happy to say the least!!

Joey is the best!! I had to take a very important test that required my laptop to be verified through 2 factor authentication with my phone number, but my iPhone 11 wasn’t working so I couldn’t log in to take my test. My phone wasn’t receiving messages and it kept turning off and on and not letting me type in my passcode. It keeps spinning and bugging out. We rushed to the AT&T store and got there five minutes before closing. Joey came and tried to resolve the issue with my phone, but he was unable to get it back on (not his fault at all my phone was seriously going crazy) and he suggested that we get a new phone since we had an update available. Even though it was past closing time, he still helped us get a new phone for myself. I ended up getting an iPhone 14 Pro, much better than my iPhone 11. He put on a new case and a screen protector as well as helped my mom get a new screen protector for her phone. Miraculously, my old phone came on for a bit so we were able to transfer all my info to my new phone, which I was very grateful for, otherwise everything would’ve been lost. (Make sure to back up your phones people!) Joey was very patient and kind throughout the process and truly wanted to help so I could take my test and not be left phoneless. Management, if you’re reading this, give Joey a raise!!!!!! He saved me!!!!! Thanks Joey!

Came in to switch carriers from Verizon to At&T, the guy that helped me was quick, honest and very helpful.

We got our new phones from Sam’s and we’re told we had to call a 800 number to get them connected. My husband and I are Senior citizens and had no idea how to do this. Went to the AT&T store in Rowlett for help, Cory one of the most knowledgeable and patient salesman helped us. He went way above and out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. He is definitely an asset to your organization. 😀💯

Ricardo was super helpful. I went in to look at my options for a new phone but didn't want to spend the money as I'm getting the 14 later this year. We came up with a solution to get the AirPods so my speaker would work + they're great for gym, travel etc.

He was very knowledgeable and offered lots of information about different products including helping me look for a case. Extremely customer oriented, friendly and knew his stuff! I will be back to this location to get my 14 when it comes out :)

My father needed a new phone - his had completely died and was no longer even turning on. He originally went to the store by himself and they were not able to help him due to some technical difficulties. I later called the store back and spoke with Cory to find out if he could help my father. We went to the store and Cory ran into the same issues. However, he was very patient with us and searched for a solution. Eventually we were able to get everything working right and my father was able to leave with a new phone. Cory was amazing and very professional. His help was greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I went today to get a new line for my youngest and an upgrade on my phone. Ricardo took care of me from the beginning to the end. He has alot of patience as he gave me options. He made me feel comfortable because he also understands and speaks Spanish. He deserves more then 5 stars!

My favorite At&t store to send my customers for any help. I actually have one closer to us but rather send them to the Rowlett location. The manager Rigo is very outstanding with knowledge at what he does . They are always very helpful and understanding customers needs . Simply the BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Katelyn gave us amazing service. She greeted us right away after we walked in and she was with us in just a few minutes. She was very kind and patient, answered all my questions, and got us checked out in a timely manner once done. I'm very happy with our experience and appreciate her assistance.

When we brought our phones we had excellent service by Kettle. The store got busy, she was the only salesperson available and served others while our phones were transferring data from old to new. Everyone got served and were happy. My visit today was to get voice-mail operating properly.

I haven’t been to the store in awhile but I made an order online that was a terrible mistake since I was delivered an empty box :( but I came to this location after work and was very frustrated with the matter but Ricardo made everything so easy! Walked in and was helped right away. Usually people may make these crazy things up but o never thought I would actually have a stolen package and I could have waited a day or two but I’ve been tracking this order for several days and was ready to receive it! The staff here was cool, friendly and very helpful. They weren’t just trying to send me out the door or just have me buy something else right away. My frustration easily went away and the whole process was smooth and effortless. I know what providing good customer service is like and they did just that.

Thank you. Now I know just to come in the store and no more online buying. Lol 😂
