Walmart Neighborhood Market

Very clean and the staff is very helpful. They can tell when I'm a little lost or just need a pointer that they'll ask. It helps that their gas prices basically dictates the other two stations nearby. Furthermore, the items are priced competitively and the food quality is great!

There are maybe only 6 self checkout Lanes so that needs to be improved. Nevertheless, they have digital pay and you can use your phone for tap so that's a bonus!

Updated…Giving it two stars only because all my items were received at pick up. However, it would have been nice not to get any expired, dirty or damaged food.

Updating my review. Seems like this was a one time experience. I’ve since then order three times and the experience has been a good one. Products are not damaged or expired and they are very friendly and quick when bringing out your items.

I always find what I'm looking for. Clean environment. Usually good produce.

Conducted a return and the associate was professional and fast. The store has always been clean and shelves well stocked on previous visits.

Great customer service all the way around! Convenient location to shop at while I house sit for friends while they are on vacation. In and out in no time.

Typically pretty good. Most the folks that work here are good people. Super lazy customers though…

I got the tortellini did not care for the sauce but it was of great quality (Thats just my taste buds) next time I will choose another sauce but those were the best tortellini's I have ever eaten. Artichoke spinach dip was amazing 10 out of 10.

I like coming to the neighborhood market when I need to pick up my groceries. The customer service desk employees are nice. I walked in close to closing and waited in line. The employee stayed open past closing to help me and complete my transactions

I found everything I needed it. Service was good

The employees are awesome and the place is clean. I couldn't help but notice a gentleman named Drew running around and doing an amazing job. He was multitasking like crazy, opening a register to help customers, assisting another customer at self checkout, helping with managerial work. He was quick with everything. Awesome employee you have there!

This is a surprisingly good Walmart. They have better choice options than the Rockwall stores. Parking seems weird at first but I'm used to it now. Cigarette prices are higher than other stores. But as a whole I was not disappointed. They ought to be able to get their superstores to run so well.

I believe his name was Kaden the savior or Kaden the king! Just the other night i went to this store to grab some bathing soap and washing detergent. I was a bit lost and confused in the process trying to find the products. I was nearly side swiped by a worker; some young black girl; who never spoke or greeted me as a customer. I journey down several isles, but not finding what i needed. I passed two girls one white perhaps, and the other black; but no greeting from them. So a long story short. No one greeted me in this store as a customer save King Kaden the savior of reviews! 🤗 Then a cool young tall black gentleman lead me to the soap, and detergents who also deemed himself worthy to work at Wal-Mart (neighborhood) store. This is not a bad store at all, but the crew needs to be trained to be customer friendly like Kaden! I gave this review a 5 star because of Kaden, and the other young black gentleman who knew how to interact professionally and friendly with a customer in need! Thank you guys!!!

Nice, new neighborhood store. I was just passing through and stopped on impulse to a store I had never been to. I asked a clerk who was stocking shelves where something was and she stopped and spent 10 minutes personally showing me where every item was.

Love our Neighborhood store! Everyone is friendly, helpful & always seem in a good mood. I usually go to the store at the same time of day each time, so when I'm recognized, along with something we talked about before, it is such a nice feeling to know these people care. They don't always have what I'm looking for, but they try to get it for me the next time if I ask them to bring it in.

Today I lost $60 in the store. It had come out of my back pocket, probably when I pulled my phone out...I called later just KNOWING they were going to tell me that no one turned it in... well, someone DID turn it in, one of their employees. I am just blown away by that. They could have easily pocketed it and didn't. It's just nice to know there are still trustworthy people in the world among all this bad we see. I wasn't told who turned it in, but if you see this, I want you to know how much I appreciate you, I have 3 kids to feed and I really couldn't afford to lose $60. You are seriously, THE BEST.

I gave this store a five because the pharmacy is awesome. The pharmacy staff is very much on task, and if it wasn't for them my son would have gotten the wrong dosage of medicine. So I am so grateful to that whole staff for getting on it and correcting it. Second, I want to compliment the bakery/deli. Today I went in there and it was so neat and clean and the food looked good and fresh. Usually, some of the Walmarts that I've been in, the chicken looks burnt, and unedible, and crispy,but all their food looked delicious and the chicken looked golden and I had to get some. So with that being said, I would like to add that Mindy, who was working in the deli, is doing a good job on keeping it nice and clean, and keeping the food fresh, and good.

Been dealing with them for years the pharmacists are great there they're always on top of things great pharmacy Peter one of the pharmacist is fantastic really all the pharmacists there are fantastic

One of the better ran neighborhood Walmart in the local DFW area. The staff has definitely changed since it open (in a good way), and now I'd say the store is above average for even a Walmart. The night manager is a funny, easy-going, yet professional worker.

9/10 would shop and go again!
