I came in today not really knowing what I wanted but two of your employees named Rose and Morgan really helped me so much and they were so respectful and just sweethearts... They were really some awesome ladies.... And ABSOLUTELY GREAT SERVICE... I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK.... THANK YOU!

I've been to this store a few times with my daughter. They always have what she is looking for and are very helpful. All the girls are friendly and very pleasant to deal with. This past week we were in, and the store manager was so very helpful in getting something to help my daughter repair damage to her dyed hair. Great people there.

It really depends on who's working at the store some of the staff is very knowledgeable . But then there are always some that are not so beware and if you have any questions always call the company on the products you buy, most have help lines and would be more than happy to help you.

Terra was amazing today!! She and her co-worker(who was also extremely helpful) helped me find the proper shampoo and conditioner for my hair. Gave me advice and suggestions on how to care and treat my recently new hair color. Wonderful, helpful, energetic to help!! Thank you

I visited this location a couple of days ago. I wish I knew the girl's name that helped me because she was amazing. I went to buy Brazilian wax to try for the first time. I usually got it done professionally but with covid going on, I couldn't. She helped me find this amazing wax and gave me tips on how to do it. I was nervous but it ended going great! I was impressed with the product and her sales skills. She helped me find all the products I needed to make it a successful go around.

This particular Sally's made my day. I called the sales clerk Valerie inquiring about a quick dry nail polish for my grandmother in the hospital she had several quick dry solutions when I arrived😊 I was very pleased. She went above and beyond and I am forever thankful

Professional and extremely helpful.
The amazing customer service began with the phone call I made.
I needed to replace a clipper blade on an older trimmer.
The sales lady recommended that I bring in the trimmer and the blade so they could match it up with a new one.
Once I came in that is exactly what they did in less than 5minutes.
Valerie was cheerful and also helped me save a few bucks by signing up for a card.
I highly recommend driving to this store instead of the Menaul store.
Unless you are dropping some big bucks the Menaul staff will make you feel less than wanted.

i walked in there with my friend and right away this girl came and asked us if we needed help. she offered us a lot of options for what we were looking for, and she was very patient with us the entire time. She made sure we were taken care of. i would defiently go back if she was the one helping me again. i think her name was ilah? i don’t know if that’s how you spell if but she was kind of small and had bright colored hair.

Some Sally’s locations aren’t great, but I’ve never had any complaints about this location! I love coming in and getting genuine service and helpful tips from lovely staff :) The girls here truly deserve the world
