Home Depot is one of the few big box stores where service has actually improved over the past few years.
It's far easier to find a sales associate on the floor then Lowe's. If you have a tougher question about something (say which type of wiring to use on a specific project), they'll try to find you an associate who is an expert in the field.
I give them a special shout out on Behr paint. Consumer Reports gives it a top rating and I agree. After my house got trashed from burst pipes in the freeze/blackout, I told the contractor I would buy the paint myself. The top of the line Behr truly covers in one coat and will withstand almost anything.

A friend saw an ad on TV that Home Depot had their annual plants on sale for $.99. She and I hurried over only to find that the sales people didn't know any thing about that sale.
The plants looked so pretty and healthy that we "went our separate ways" admiring the variety of beautiful foliage and blooms. I did find some $.99 plants that looked pretty sad and about dead.
My Mom who had "2 green thumbs & 8 green fingers" used to say, "Don't ever give up on plants until the roots are dead," so I bought one, it "came back," and now it's almost flourishing.
In my opinion, this experience goes to prove that I can depend on Home Depot's Garden Department's plants. NOW, if my cat would just stop chewing on the leaves...

We had the best service here you could ever ask for. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name he was an older Hispanic man that he was very very knowledgeable of all the products and was able to take us to exactly where we needed and even helped us find what we needed. We were very satisfied here and we'll definitely be using them for all of the items that we can only find as a store such as this one.

Great store for all your home items, staffs were very helpful, and are willing to go round the store with you to assist in finding whatever you are looking for.

Awesome! I utilized the pickup option, and the service was excellent. I was unable to come the day of pickup due to the weather, but the items could be held up to 7 days. I was sent an email and text reminder, and on a clear day, I was ready for pickup. I've shopped inside before and always a positive experience, but I wanted to try online shopping to pickup my items and so glad I did. On 2nd order I was greeted with a cold bottle of water. My truck was loaded and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. Very efficient and GREAT customer service!

Great service and attention from Lester at the shop. He made the process of purchasing what I was needing easy and comfortable. Very polite, professional and charismatic person who did his best to make the best out of my purchase.

You already know. However, they don't sell D.O.T tape which is what I was looking for.

This Home Depot has two great things. The store is clean & they have an amazing appliance specialist named Gail. Other employees next to appliances were very unprofessional and rude. However, it worth coming back because of Gail’s professionalism! Satisfied with the delivery and the customer service!

Not good.,in pro area, Jax is the name of the cashier Pro costumers at this time at 11 this day she abandoned her positions ,for around 20 min, thas so bad ,. Do something please

Bought all my plants from here before they got killed by the water guy or being houseplant and placed in direct TX sun.

Great quality and better service in garden centers department. Melisa,s up sale was appreciated 5 flowers for $5.00 . It is a great deal for gardeners. I bought 10 of them them anyway. Thanks to the management and the cashier . I will come back again for Mayer lemon and Persian seed less plant for my daughter request. Congratulations to management of Home Depot and cashier Melisa as well.

The staff is helpful and really try their best to get you what you need.

I usually shop at Lowe's

Nevertheless I was able to call the store

Yeah those able to get an associate on the line

And then when I showed up I was able to talk to the manager

And they seem to know what they're doing as long as you know what you're asking for

Even on Easter Sunday they were really busy the person I was talking to him two or three other people come up and talk to them!

The only thing I would say is that parking is a little bit difficult and also the stoplight on highway 6 is a high-traffic area!

Otherwise it's a typical Home Depot!

This place needed some improvements and I shop there quite often. Then a new manager named Kevin came in. He really changed my view on this store. I've seen such a change in atmosphere and employee engagement. This really show their leadership has strengthened. Great job 5 stars.

I bought a toilet from here that was defective..it was leaking so we brought it back to Home Depot and returned it. We had no problems at all returning it and it was quick and easy! Thank you for not making an already bad situation worse by making the return process easy!

Always good and efficient. Adapted well to the new realities. I ordered online and picked up in the store. Curbside pickup was available. Quite good. Locker for smaller items has been set up. Very efficient. Overall very satisfied with the way it was run. My compliments to the management and the employees.
