I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was really friendly. I love their selection of men's and women's shoes and how reasonable the prices are. Great service and great selection (went for men's dress shoes). got 2 one for me and one for my son

Very organized store ! A lot of new faces with great attitudes and personalities! Store manager and staff very helpful and knowledgeable ! Would definitely recommend the variety of shoes definitely more now and I’m living for these changes !

I’m disgusted with the lack of professionalism. It’s giving me mean girl vibes . That’s played out. The two girls; because cannot compose themself like women did not even acknowledge us once we walked in. They were just talking amongst them selves and making jokes. I felt very disrespected as a customer. At the end of the day, you work at a shoe store. Humble yourself.

No giving a zero because it doesn’t allow me. But definitely lazy staff no paying attention… denies sizes and look at the phone all the time no even looking if someone need help. By the way this was on Friday June 30 at 8:40 pm pls train accordingly your staff.

She gave me inserts for my shoes acting like it was free. Instead charged me for them and emailed me my receipt so I wouldn’t notice. I’ll never go to this store again.

It’s 10:41 AM and they’re supposed to be open. They are not. Wasted trip and wasted time during a pandemic.
