I purchased a Colnago C68 from Irvine Bicycles and my whole experience was top notch from start to Finish. An absolute pleasure to work with the owner Frank and his entire crew. I also had them perform numerous upgrades on my second bike and the results were also outstanding. I cannot recommend this shop enough. This is the only local bike shop I will bring my business to. Simply the best. Highly recommended.

I walked in and these guys were extremely helpful today. I broke the clamp on my seat by torquing it with too much force, and they quickly helped reset my seat and get me back on the road. They also did some quick maintenance on my chain and gave me pointers on how to maintain my bike better. For all of that I am very grateful. They got me back on the road and back with my team so I could finish my ride. Thank you again!

I purchased a hard to find bicycle over Facebook Marketplace for my daughter and I could not have done it without Irvine Bicycles. They were able to help complete the sale in a way that was secure to both the seller and myself making us both feel comfortable and safe for the transaction. In addition, they boxed up the bike and guided me through the shipping processes, which was a breeze. They were immediately available for questions and made the entire process simple. Simon is THE BEST! Same day service for my son’s e-bike, AND Simon helped us load the bike into our car! Full service, one stop shop, will be returning for all our bike needs.

I was riding my bike for the second time in about one year & my tires were low. The owner & bike techs at Irvine Bicycles were kind & allowed me to use their pump, so I could ride home more comfortably on fully inflated tires.

I have a freehub stuck to cassette and found this shop by chance. Steven and Simon were super friendly and took care it for free. Shop looks clean, neat and well stocked. Definitely recommend taking a look as the local bike shop.

Very impressed with the staff working at Irvine Bicycle. I was struggling replacing fat tire on my E bike, when I stopped by the shop the staff was very friendly, explained where our problem was, recommended the tool how to replace the tire. When the job was done, the staff deflated the tired and showed us how to install a tire and gave us a tutorial. Thank you very much for your help and we will definitely come back again.

Purchased two Yamaha crosscore rc. The purchasing process was smooth and easy. Simon has so much knowledge and genuine interest in helping you understand what your buying.

The real tests came after the sale. Excellent response to warranty issue. And sourcing another bike when one was stolen

My husband got a bike here a few years ago. The guy who helped us was incredibly kind. We didn’t have a bike rack at the time and we’re too nervous to ride it home on the main streets. The employee told us come back after his shift. He personally drove our bike to our apartment in his own truck. I couldn’t believe the kindness and generosity of this employee. Incredible customer service. If you need a bike- this is the place.

That is a huge store and maintenance facility. Good service experience. Recommend

They have some really, really cool bikes. My favorite was only $20,000.

As someone who knew nothing about bikes aside from how to mostly ride one, I am so grateful for Frank, Peter, and everyone working in the shop when I came in. I would have laughed me out of the store, but everyone was very helpful and got me matched with the perfect bike for what I need. They were even able to deliver it to me after everything was customized to what I wanted! They’ve got a loyal customer for life.

Worked with Peter who got me fitted to my Cannondale Synapse. First of all, he steered me to the right bike for my kind of riding and then spent all the time it took to get me properly fitted. The mechanic, I wish I knew his name, applied the bar tape and finished the bike as if he were working on his own bike. They were nice and very 'guy-to-guy' with me, not high-powered salesman. They service my bike now and I feel like a supported racer knowing that pros have worked on my bike. I recommend without reservation.

I took my 2018 Santa Cruz Tallboy C build MTB here to have my bottom bracket, broken spokes, and brakes checked.

Steven did an amazing job done, I saw the quality and thorough job he did while servicing my bike. He did not try up sale me or add in things like many other bike shop services at other places. His goal was the same as my goal, to get back out on the dirt with minimum down time, that’s the kind of bike technician you want working with you!

I’ve also brought in other bikes to have Steve look at, and continues to do a thorough job!

Had an easy experience getting my bike tuned up. They were knowledgeable and even threw in an ankle strap for me. Be ready for a little snobbery - my bike isn't the most expensive - but not too much. Would recommend.

I have to write this review because I like things done right and I was amazed at the level of detail, service and great tune up they provided.
The two times I've visited the shop for flat tires and a tune up, they've done amazing work and at a reasonable price.
I'm bringing my bike here from now on. Good job and thank you Irvine Bicycles!!!

Really good experience with this shop. Brought my bike in for derailleur adjustment and they fixed it right then and there! Highly recommend to anyone looking for bike service.

Irvine bicycles is an incredibly helpful store with knowledgeable individuals in every position. I purchased a high-end bicycle there, and later I had it serviced there also, and they did a fantastc job. They are filled with the nicest bunch of guys I've ever met. I highly recommend Irvine Bicycles to anyone who is looking at medium, to high end, to the highest end bicycles. They are the best!

I came here in search of a new road bike because they carried other; more boutique brands of bicycles. I was doing heavy research both online and at various bike shops, and the staff at Irvine Bicycles had no problem with me just browsing and testing out various bikes. I eventually settled on a Felt Z85 which I love to this day. It fit within my style of riding, and more importantly, my budget! They also made sure I fit the bike by supplying an expert fitting that took about an hour... any reputable bike shop should do this for you.
