AT&T Store

Kristi & Clint are AWESOME! They resolved an issue I had that AT&T (1.5 hours of being on the phone...) could not, so I came here in person and BAM they resolved my issue. THIS AT&T location ROCKS!! THANK YOU Kristi and Clint!!!

Had the best customer service at the AT&T store in Hutto, Tx! The managers Clint and Chris were very knowledgeable and very helpful with any and every question I had. They made switching to AT&T a breeze. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!!!

Just found out there was a new ATT store around the corner. Went in ‘cause my phone was acting up. Clint and the friendly staff there took care of my concerns. Definitely be back.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

I would use another store for your AT&T Needs. They did a Bait & Switch on us. Told us we would get $1000 for a promotional trade-in to upgrade to a 15 Pro. Did the deal and when we went to turn in the old phone, they said, "Sorry for the mistake, it is only $830". That cost us an additional $170. Also, when we went to have the data copied from the old phone to the new phone, the sales person said there was a problem with the phone and we had to go to the Apple store for assistance. I went home and did the migration myself.

Not a professional crew. Use another store. They wasted our time, caused my wife significant stress, and most importantly cost us $170.
