AT&T Store

Appreciate the great help Richelle gave me with my phone at the Woodhaven, Michigan store. It would not plug in and she fixed it right away. I switched from Verizon because of their customer service.... Glad I went to AT&T.

It is so hard to find kind, patient, and knowledgable customer service in today's world. I didn't catch the names of the gentlemen (store manager and colleague) that helped me out on two different occasions this month. Both could not have been any more helpful. They both clearly take pride in the service they provide and it is appreciated.

Alex and Xavier were great to work with. Super friendly and down to earth, they explained everything in detail. Definitely a different experience than any other phone store that I’ve been to.

This location is WONDERFUL! I recently switched to Apple products and the store manager (Xavier Oliver) was patient, kind, professional, answered my numerous questions and even checked my bill after hearing what I do for a living to ensure I had the correct plan. This will be my new AT&T store location. Pleasant, professional and clean!

Dj was wonderful and helped solve my every need! They deserve a raise. Do it, pay them more.

They were super helpful With all my needs. Answered all my questions when I wanted to get a watch but didn't know what I wanted. I would recommend them to everyone!

Xavier helped me today in the stores and was extremely patience and friendly. Felt extremely comfortable and not pressured or talked into an upgrade plan. He also even helped me upgrade and get a better deal. Amazing customer service thank you so much!!

I highly recommend seeing Brianna, she was absolutely amazing, she helped me with every phone and plan I asked about , she was very knowledgeable and welcoming. She got me the perfect plan and phone for me and I've never been happier with a salesperson. She's great I highly recommend her if your thinking of switching.

I’ve been an AT&T customer for several years. I had the pleasure of working with Alex this afternoon on my account. He is, BY FAR, the BEST I have ever worked with! Professional, knowledgeable and funny! Jason was also a gem! Will only return to this location for any future needs!!!

My data service was not working I couldn’t connect to the internet or use my gps I stopped in at the Woodhaven store and DJ and the manager Xavier were able to fix my problem.

Very helpful. The young lady ( didn't get her name) and Jason were very helpful. All there were very nice. Definitely will be back. * had to visit them today 1~17~22 for a couple of different things. They went above and beyond to help me out. A few days ago, great service. Today, excellent service. Thanks to everyone at the store *

Jason was amazing at the West Road AT&T store. He made sure we got the best possible deals and took care of all our problems quickly. We will be continuing our service and happy with our new phones and plans. Thank you Jason. We were very satisfied with our services and were taken care of as soon as we walked in the door.

On Monday, 3/20/23 I stopped in the store for help upgrading my internet service to fiber. Xavier and Alex were so personable and helpful. I was concerned I would end up with more or less than I wanted or needed. Not only did they reassure me and send me on my way in a timely manner, but I lucked out when my availability just so happened to align with the next available installation almost 24 hours later! I was prepared to wait since I had been procrastinating having this done. Installation was flawless as far as I can tell and I’m one happy camper! Nice store. Don’t let the crowded lot fool you!

Alex was incredibly knowledgeable & helpful! He was very patient and I felt I could trust him to get us the best deal & make the transitions as smooth as possible :)
