AT&T Store

Great experience today with a phone and plan!
Cory and Michael made this a nice experience.I felt like they were really working for me.Truly the best phone plan experience that I have ever had.I highly recommend this location!

Mr. Thomas was fantastic to help me with trying to get a phone unlocked cause I goofed up on the deal that they sent to me and he was very helpful very patient. I’m at 80 year-old woman, but he was fantastic so I’m giving him a happy face.

Savannah was fabulous. We had tons of issues with our account, and she was patient and did everything she could to get my wife a new phone, including a back up plan if we couldn't get it that night. She also recommended a wonderful restaurant, as we were not familiar to the area. We drove the distance to get the phone my wife wanted, we would make it again due to the professional and compassionate service we received.

Our store rep Corris was awesome!!! He did the best job and told everything we needed to do to keep our bill down and gave us the best options for things and add ons we could use on our account. He was great!!! Very impressed with his service and attitude towards us. He should be given a raise in my opinion. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy and for once I didn't feel like I was buying a new car!! lol. Thank you Corris for a great experience and A plus customer service!!

I recently upgraded my phone and foolishly thought I could activate it on my own. Savannah at the Moore location was so kind as she was helping me, gave excellent customer service while fixing what I messed up very quickly!

Savannah was amazing! She took her time to explain everything and got us a great deal. Wonderful experience!

Scotty went above and beyond to help with several concerns and issues i had. Also activated a line that business couldnt seem to do. Very knowledgeable. He’s a keeper!

I spent an entire 5 1/2 hours dealing with AT&T customer service and they messed up my account beyond belief. I went to the store today and Corris not only fixed my issues, but went above and beyond to assist and help.

Scotty is awesome. He’s very helpful. I always call to be sure he’s working before I come in! Very knowledgeable.

This has been the best store, and Savannah has been extremely helpful. We suggest you ask for her seriously!! Everyone who she talked to who works in the store was helpful and nice!

My phone had been stolen in Spain a few days before and we had suspended the number and black listed the phone. Eric @ the AT&T store listened to my screwup, took care of our issue. I bought a new cell and all was right in my little universe once again. Great Job Eric!!

The best phone store to go to in Oklahoma, was in and out in 40 minutes anyone that goes to phone places knows that’s really quick. Didn’t try and upswell me anything at all either just great!

Manager on duty was Romeo who was very professional took care of my phone service which I changed from Verizon to ATT
