T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Had a great experience at this store. Two kind gentleman helped me as well as their manager. I was having trouble transferring my phone number from another carrier and they fixed this issue. They also got me on a great plan and were helpful in answering all my questions 10/10 recommend this store! Thank you!!

Lexi was awesome! She did a great job at putting my new screen protector on and helped me better understand my lines and coverage. Will be coming back to this location for further needs!

Ok, I don't do this often but I had such a great experience that I had to come on here and say something.
As you can see from the picture I have added I was having a bad day on Friday the 13th of all days. smh
The only reason I went to this specific T-mobile store was because I had just clocked off work and this location was the closest one to me. Lets face it we live in a world where not having a phone is no longer an option.
Nicole is the representative that was helping me. She was very kind and understanding. she helped me right away, and not only did she put up with all my stupid jokes she added to them. Her attitude alone turned my day around. She helped me pick out a new phone and listened to my preferences and helped me with all of my accessories. 10 out of 10 would definitely return to this location.

Can't recall the name of the person who assisted me with setting up a business line. But he was super professional and efficient. Thank you!

Every staff member treated me with kindness and respect. they were there to help me and not just sell me stuff.

I went in to get a phone upgrade and I was greeted by a store manager named Nicole. She was super polite had a smile on her face and was very helpful. I told her I had just gotten a German shepherd puppy and she went in the back and grabbed him a T-Mobile Caller. She answered all the questions I had and and even though it took a little bit time for the process of switching over phones she made sure I was doing OK and kept me up the speed. I highly recommend this store to anybody the employees that work there are very nice and polite!

Wow.. so after 3 straight bad experiences at other T-Mobile stores, I'm happy to say the knowledge level and customer service at this location was top notch. Clear info on both our plan and device. They still manged to sell us a phone case, but when the customer service part is done correctly, we honestly don't mind spending a few extra bucks.. So yeah, I'd advise driving the extra distance if needed, to avoid the cringe service at other locations (namely the Evergreen Way store) as the customer service was well worth the trip for us..

We have been with sprint for a while and T-Mobile and Sprint merged. We had to uo grade are phones. We went to this location and the guys working were spot on. They fit us new phone and it was easy. I would totally recommend this location.thanksnguys you were great to work with.

This T-Mobile store is the best! David, the guy that we worked with was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!  anytime I need to go to a T-Mobile store from now on I will be going to the store to see David. From my brief observation I could see that the other employees were also operating in a similar way, going the extra mile to help customers. Overall I am so impressed and pleased with the service here!

Really great store! The employees here make the transactions so easy! Such great energy when you walk into the store! I will not go to any other Tmobile after finding this one. 10/10 recommend way better than the one in the Everett mall!

very knowledgeable and professional people, had a phone that has been giving me problems for over 2 years and no one was able to help me in other T-Mobile's, and they were able to get me into a new phone that I really liked. I recommended this store to my family and this is the only one they visit. I am a happy T-Mobile customer that will never go anywhere else.

I had the intentions of just restoring my old service since I broke my phone, not only did I leave the building a happy camper, but they gave me a offer I couldn't refuse so I ended up with a new phone and case as well!!

The expert, Darrion, was very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. He helped set up my new liquid screen protector and knew about a lot of cool things!
