I'll give it a 3 for the merchandise the store has, but I called this morning to ask for help as i was having an issue trying to purchase online. The "Assistant Manager" was completely snobby and was not trying to help AT ALL!! Instead of trying to help me, a reoccurring PAYING customer, she was not trying to help with solutions she just kept repeatedly telling me she cannot help me. Very disappointed in her customer service, I myself work customer service, and she should not be working as an assistant manager, I understand its the holiday season, but that store in particular barely opened like an hour ago for her attitude to even be valid.SMH

They were all teens they were just talking and we asked for another size of a shoe
and he came back like 30 minutes later and he said what size again and we had to get their attention to make a return! I give a 1%rating

Customer service needs to a priority here. The girl upfront has major attitude. But it’s hard to find that now a days definitely won’t be coming here for shoes.
