AT&T Store

Shoutout to Diego for his amazing customer service and helping my friend get the best deal on her new phone. He is super friendly and was extremely knowledgeable about all the products in the store. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because you really don't get customer service like that nowadays! Thank you Diego you rock!

I went in with my mom to get new phones today and we were helped by Ricardo. It was such a great experience!! He is super friendly and made sure we were happy and everything went smoothly. Usually I hate going into phone stores but this was literally the best experience. He has great customer service I definitely recommend talking to him when you come in (if you can)! But if not, the other employees were all really nice and helpful, too! All good vibes in the ATT store 😂😂 The phones were also a great price compared to our previous carrier. It was the same price we paid just for service, but with brand new phones as well!

Art was magnificent!! He was well versed in everything AT&T, as well as Apple. Saved me a trip to Modesto. I was so thankful that he was the one to help. Explained everything he was doing and why. If you ever have the pleasure of receiving tech support from Art, you will be on here praising his exceptional knowledge and people skills!

Hands down the best service you will get. I know a lot of people now a days have that what if in the back of there heads when it comes to stores trying to “screw you over” but you have to deal with the right people. And Diego is the one that will literally take care of your specific needs. The guy will go out of his way to first off reassure you on what is what and then afterwards make a sale. The guy know his stuff. Goes above and beyond to give you what you need. He will even tell you what would be best so you don’t pay an arm and a leg. Charismatic, very patient, and professional. Now I’m not saying that the other team members in this location are bad in any way, in fact everyone at the apple gate location in Atwater is awesome, but I had the best experience with Diego personally. I would highly recommend him for your next service visit, new account , or upgrade. Go check for yourselves, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Diego l, keep up the great work.

Just stopped by here for the first time in a while. I had called to see if they had an item available in store. The store representative was very helpful and even put the item on hold for me for when I do drop by and purchase the item. There is usually a guest wait list to be helped, but they had asked me if I was in a hurry and told them yes. They assisted me right away since I called ahead for the item and that was all I was purchasing. I have been an AT&T account holder for quite some time now, over a decade and they have great customer service. I never have an issue with them at all. Today just reinforced that for me.

Best customer service ever!! Been to a lot of At&t stores before and this one has the best service ever! Lupita is a shining star! She is patient, kind and really listens to your needs! Nothing better than a customer service person who is a good listener! Please go to this store, even if the drive is a little extra.

I didn’t expect to get the great customer service I got from Lupita. Usually I feel like I’m getting sold on unnecessary plans that don’t have my best interests but she made it simple and easy to give me peace of mind and I would HIGHLY suggest her as a reference for any questions you might have.

The other day an associate by the name of Diego was super awesome. He helped me get a new iPhone 11 for my niece. He was super nice and just all around had amazing knowledge on the phone. I'm an android user so I wouldn't even have been able to help her to set it up which he showed us how. This guy deserves a round of applause for his time and effort with his customers.

This store is the best. Always treated with respect and great customer service.The manager at this location is the best always with a smile and welcomes you. All the employees are very nice but Lupita and Alonso are the two i come when i need some help. Great people that always resolve your issues and with a smile.

I'm not going to lie, I came in the store extremely irritated and ready to end it all (my AT&T services)! That is until Jeremy helped me out, he was able to answer my questions timely and efficiently, it really calmed me down. I find his comedic approach helped a lot. Jeremy is now officially my favorite chubby Mexican, even better than Fluffy! If you can, scour the Earth for him, it's worth it!

I went to AT&T to get price information for new lines of service. I have been a happy T-Mobile customer for more than a decade and I wanted to make sure switching carriers would be easy, simple and beneficial to me. Monique (sales rep) greeted me within moments of walking in, cleaned a table and we began discussing my options. I told her that I needed to change companies but if I felt rushed or hustled we would not make a deal. I told her my budget, I told her what I used my phone for and I told her I wanted to save money. She told me about a plan where I could have everything I had with my previous company AND it would include HBO Max. HBO MAX!!!
I got all the information I needed and knew I'd research what phone I wanted on my own time. I used to work in sales and I know sales representatives don't like hearing that a customer will come back, but Monique was professional and did not push me. I promised her that I would only make a sale with her. She told me that she would be working at a different location within a few days but assured me that anyone at the store would help me. Once I found my phone, I called several locations to make sure I only worked with her. I lucked out and I didn't have to drive way out of my way to keep a promise.
Transitioning from another company was simple, easy and beneficial. I love my phone, I'm happy with my plan and I'm happy I get HBO MAX! I even got to keep my same phone number! Thanks Monique!

I came to pick up my iPad I ordered and chose to do the curbside pickup since I didn’t want to get my kids out, well I got home and the iPad’s cellular data wasn’t working so I called and was very short and frustrated. They ended up having me come down so they could check it out(which upset me more in the moment since it’s not the most convenient for me to make two trips to town in one day) but as soon as I got there Diego and Renee were incredible. They were so professional and so helpful. They got everything handled and situated and in a short amount of time. I can’t commend them enough on how they handled an upset customer, and how they went above and beyond to right a mistake that wasn’t even their fault directly.

Lupita was great! My mom is pretty intense with customer service and with change. She’s been with metro for over 15 years and Lupita was so amazing! She answered all her questions and made the change easy for my mom. Amazing customer service, detailed and very professional!

Lupita was so helpful. She addressed all my concerns and helped me get the plan that worked best for my family. Her customer service is the bar every sales rep should strive to meet.
