From their immediate and precise ability to accuratly pay attention to detail, specifically, the detail of my needs, to having an open and active ear in which to intently listen to the customer with. After this, the actions necessary to back up their complete understanding, the very first time, were immediately put into place. These people understand exactly how to "take care of the customer needs in an incredibly short period amount of time with the intent of executing perfection in the delivered results". Any business can tell you whatever they want you to hear, they just can't deliver results on what they say. EZ Shipping delivers! This is why I would give them 6 stars if I could. Not only that, they had a good level of understanding of technology. Its a huge assest to take the time to educate onself in a company to keep up with the times through that understanding of technology. Just read my review on the USPS which was the experience that made me acctually experience this one from EZ Shipping. Dichotomy at its finest. The smiles they provided and attitudes shown were something I wish I as a "customer" could experience happening all the time in America, but rarely do! While visiting Seaside my husband needed a package delivered. We heard about this shopping facility that allows package delivers from another camper. We stopped by to verify details on how to have package addressed and that they were accepting packages. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Once we had confirmation that our package was delivered we stopped by to pick it up. Staff knew right where our package was located and even the name of the sender. Pretty impressed with their organization considering the amount of packages in the store. Price for package pick up was also pretty minimal.

Great place for all your shipping needs. Robin keeps boxes of all sizes for anyone. He can help with UPS, FedEx or USPS. A master of all things shipping. He can even tell you the cheapest price point comparison between all the shipping companies.

Exceptional customer service and pricing.. the best part was friendly, kind help. They had an open door for all the fresh air, following covid masking too. It's a place I'd send my granny, where I know she'd be in the best, most professional hands. Not just her though, I recommend everyone who wants 3/3: Service, quality, cost. I love finding 3/3 places, the unicorns of commerce.

Robbin and his wife are amazing. You can't go wrong. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and try to save you as much money as possible in the process. If your a full time RV'er and need a address his post boxes have real addresses and are super inexpensive.
I'd give them 10 stars if I could. This is the first review I've ever written. If you provide the kind of down home service they do I'd write one for your business also. Just can't say enough how great these people are.

He is SO great! My fingerprints are hard to get because of a finger condition, and he had little trouble at all. Positive attitude, friendly, my little ones had to come with me, and he was engaging and kind. I highly recommend this place over other options in the area!! I have had my fingerprinting done before at another place (I live in Astoria) and it was AWFUL! Bad attitude, pushy with crippled fingers, just bad. The gentleman at EZ shipping is the way to go! Five stars!

I had to do a complicated thing, print off a document, get it notarized and scanned and sent back out. Robin and his crew were helpful and fast, and half the price of Portland shops; my stressed out day was suddenly much better.

Fantastic service! We got our label printed in the shop and they helped us seal up the package so it was secure and ready to ship. Would definitely come back again.

Super helpful, knowledgable. Has great suggestions for the best way to pack amd ship depending on location. You can have your items shipped to this secure location if you don't want things delivered to your home where they might be unsupervised for hours until you get home.
