The UPS Store

The store was packed wall to wall, only one gentleman was working. Operating two registers at once to assist customers, super friendly and quick. I believe his name was Joshua. Definitely a great employee. Give that man a raise!

Best team ever here. I had a Large shipment of gifts to an orphanage. They sized my boxes, packed them, and prepared them for shipment. It was a team project and they all worked together. I was so impressed by their efficiency. I highly recommend this location for all shipping. Thank you team Sevierville!!!!!!

Carol was so kind and greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. She helped us with a smile which made the while experienc much more enjoyable. Would recommend this place for all your shipping needs.

I'm surprised about the negative reviews. Maybe people don't understand what's it like to be extremely busy and having to deal with the public. Every time I've been in there, the store is incredibly busy. Carol has always dealt with the crowded circumstances much better than most would. She just tells people bluntly what they need to do in the most efficient way and some people may take it as being rude. I always take it as she sees what needs done to get people waited on as quickly as possible so that all can get on with their day. Thank you Carol!!!

I would rate this store and the manager very highly having visited this store multiple times a week over the past several years, for everything from printing to shipping and returns. Carol always gets assists me in accomplishing what needs to be done quickly, efficiently and with a wonderful attitude. Her customer service has been top notch. She keeps the traffic running smoothly and has done an amazing job of assisting with all of our needs.

Excellent service! The line was short to be seen and Josh was very helpful printing out a couple of documents I needed from my external hard drive. I asked him if he knew anywhere I could get them laminated and he said he could do it in store. He spent 2 hours meticulously cutting and laminating a ton of 1x1 squares for me so I could make a routine chart for my nephew before we left town and all of that only cost me like 25 bucks! Thanks so much!

This UPS Store is great. Carol and her staff are great. I have read some bad reviews about this store. Before you give bad review, check your attitude. You treat people the way you want to be treated. Don't go into a place with a bad attitude and expect them to be nice to you if you are rude to them. Be grateful they show up for work. Because no one else wants to work these days. Just remember no one is perfect. Everyone has a bad day. Give some grace and be kind.

I came in with a personal issue and they were so kind and welcoming! I had issues trying to get my paperwork together and they were patient and kept everyone laughing through the process at the end they blessed me with there kindness and I walked out in tears knowing I was around good heart filled people !!

I have been doing business here for over 2 years and have seen the staff deal with several types of customers and situations. They have always been professional and efficient. However the behavior of the general public leaves a lot to be desired. I have seen these employees yelled at and cussed at because of things that they have no control over.
It is a busy store, bring some patience and kindness with your package and I guarantee you will get amazing service.

I had a package that was lost (at no fault of this location) but the lady working (assuming she was the manager) was extremely helpful and went way beyond the call of duty for me. Even went so far as checking with the driver and calling other locations. We caused her to be late closing that day and even then she was super friendly. The best service ever!

I have been using this store since 2016. Carol has helped me with problems getting deliveries to my residence and has called the main UPS to try to correct the problem. I have to have my Amazon orders sent to her store and she calls me when my packages arrive. Without her help I would not be able to order anything without it being sent back by UPS. If you ever need help with problems like mine this is the store I highly recommend!! Thank you to Carol and everyone at this store!!

We had a recent death in the family and while on vacation, we were notified that we had to have a document signed, notarized and sent ASAP. While scrambling to do so, we went to this UPS Store and employee Carol was so helpful, kind and compassionate. It’s a rare thing to experience in this day and age. We were deeply moved and would highly recommend this store. Thank you so much, Carol!

i came in yesterday to get a paper notarized, it was an assignment of stock form for my father who passed one year ago to the day. it was an emotional day for me, as you could probably expect. tiffany williams was the worker who took care of me. she handed me my money back, and told me she was sorry for my loss. i said thank you, i got into my car, and just sobbed. that small act of kindness i needed so badly, she provided. i was dreading the entire experience but she made it a pleasant one. idk if you see these or not, tiffany, but thank you so much for being a great person. you made my day so much brighter, and showed me good people still exist. on a day i needed it more than anything. thank you.
