I had what I thought was a bad battery but after some awesome customer service from Alexander, it was determined that the connection was corroded. He did a thorough cleaning on the connections and I was good to go!

My 2018 suburban was having trouble starting, and the battery was more than five years old. Gary sold me a new battery and installed it, too! I am very grateful that he got me back on the road!

They had what I came in for and it was easy to find. Helpful associate and friendly. Convenient location as well.

The manager and her staff always go above and beyond to solve any issues I have.

No joke the best service at the Lowell AutoZone with Paulina! New battery in my car start to finish in like 20 mins. Very friendly and welcoming. I oftentimes feel talked down to in auto parts store being a lady but not here- you guys have a very knowledgeable and friendly lady who obviously crushes it every day here. Thanks!!!

The store was clean and organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The prices were also reasonable.

Spent a good part of my day in and out of the store for parts.

I don’t usually have a preference between O’Reilly’s or Auto zone, however, from today on auto zone will be my “go to”

The store manager Mike displayed phenomenal service, went above and beyond to help with what I needed, offered his spot on advice about questions I had, and was patient and pleasant the whole time.

I will certainly be back!

Excellent staff, they do their best to help everyone and have a wide range of expertise. The service time is good and they have fair prices. They can help with just about any automotive problem or upgrade, sometimes even willing to help themselves if the place isn't to busy. They have a cool rent a tool program where you buy the tool and get your money back when you return it so you dont have to purchase a new tool every time you take on a different project. Also very helpful for novices who dont know exactly what they need or are doing, if one staff cant help usually another can.

The store was clean, the service was friendly and knowledgeable and assisted us very well. If they don't have a part they always offer to get it shipped in as soon as possible and were not charged extra opposed to purchasing online. Good small town service. Would recommend for any auto needs with plenty of good deals/sales.

Staff at this location have vast knowledge on automobile repair compared to the other locations. In fact the staff I talked to all have professional automobile repair experience. I felt the staff wanted to help you unlike other locations were you felt like you are asking them too many questions. For example 28th Street and Breton location, I felt like I shouldn't ask any questions because they get impatient.

Been going here for years for my auto parts, employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. Many have wrenched on cars themselves and can give you a tip if you have run out of ideas for what to try.
Had battery trouble over the winter and they could have easily sold me a new battery, checked it and told me the battery was not the problem. accessory was drawing power and the car had just sat to long and killed the battery.
A couple years ago and more to the point of knoledge, I was having all the issues of a bad starter. Pulled the starter, bench tested it handyman style, and it was fine. Brought it in, their machine said it was fine as well; employee watched when their machine tested it and explained it wasnt starting the way it should. Replaced the starter and its been working ever since. Employee realized it was ok because it could engage and turn, but not in the way it needed to turn over the engine.
If you read this far, you get why I like this AutoZone. Specifically the one on M21 in Lowell, Michigan
