Great Staff. Actually enjoyed the experience of obtaining a hotspot for our rural location. Great customer service is not something I am used to when it comes to my Internet troubles. Plugged it in and very good signal. Works so much better than our previous internet. I probably don’t have to point a finger at who that was as most people in Lowell will know. Considerably cheaper too.

I recently switched to T-Mobile after nearly 30 years with Verizon. I’ve had some issues and have gone to the Lowell, MI site on two separate occasions seeking help. The first time Cody helped me and the second time it was Chris. I could not have been more pleased with the two of them. They were very pleasant and respectful and were so patient with me both times.
I just wanted to give them both a shout-out. Thanks guys!

Maddy was so helpful. I thought my old phone wasn't going to transfer info and she figured out a way to make it work. She is amazing. Took all the time needed to make sure everything worked.

This Sprint store has always tried very hard to be open and honest. They have worked very hard to fix the problems caused by previous Sprint stores and by their customer service centers. I may not always be happy with the results but I can't deny they seem like they have always tried very hard.

I came here to get out of my Boost Mobile contract and into a Sprint contract and was treated great and ended up walking out with a new Samsung Galaxy S6. I was in the store for maybe an hour or so and was able to get the accessories that I needed to protect my phone such as an OtterBox and got a good contract with the right data plan that I needed. Since then the spring has treated me fairly and I have upgraded my phone and I appreciate the service end loyal to them for the work that they have done on my behalf on my account. Being with Sprint has been a good experience so far

The Lowell store is great! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location on 28th St, in the front of the mall, isn't so great, though. I wouldn't go back there, probably even if you paid me to. The staff were rude, very unknowledgeable, and not too friendly. Do yourself a favor and go to the Lowell tmobile store, you'll be happy you did.

Cody from Lowell T mobile was great and replaced my sons I phone that I kept getting a run around on hassle free! Thanks for being awesome!

This location gave 100% in solving problems with an account that wouldn't close due to corperate failures. They kept on it still taking care of a former customer for two months after Sprint corperate offices failed to close my account 4 times. Exelant customer survice.

This store is the best! The staff is knowledgeable, professional and efficent. The store is clean and conveniently located. Shauna the manager is helpful and expereinced. Great place to go to get all the equipment and accessories you need to run a business and family! Grateful to have them here.

Iv had trouble with tmobile employs in the past when i lived in the south but the guy in here named tray was the nicest person he helped me with a smile and even chatted while doing so makeing me feel welcome and appreciated makeing me glad to actually be a tmobile customer will definitely be useing this as my go to store from now on

The staff is the best part. They're friendly and willing to do whay they can to help you. Just Sprint corporate won't let them do as much as they did in the past.
