Discount Drug Mart

I went to this drug mart location the other day. I met an employee named Timothy Kovacic. I couldn’t find a few items and I asked him and he was super friendly and very helpful. He was the nicest and most helpful employee. Thank you so much Timothy and I wish u the best of luck hope you get a raise soon.

I have been going here since I moved nearby. They have very reasonably priced OTC products and always has several options of anything I am looking for. Plenty of free easy accessible parking. Lines go quickly.

Eastlake Discount Drug Mart has been my go to favorite store for the 16 years my family has lived here. Always kind, always pleasant & knowledgeable! Little secret - they have the very best wild bird seed around. Make sure you leave me enough!😊

This drug mart has a surprisingly amount of selection for how small the store is and the cashiers are really nice especially Jo!

I've never felt the need to rate a drugstore, but I truly appreciate the treatment I receive here .I quite often get prescriptions filled for my daughter who is now 4 and have been getting her prescriptions here since she was 2 . I choose Discount Drug Mart because I know they'll have her asthma medication in stock and in comparison to other pharmacies the price and my copay is lower . The pharmacist Marc and pharmacy technicians on more than one occasion have caught errors in the prescriptions that were sent over and could have negatively impacted my child's health and or comfort❤. I am made aware of specific storage and dosing instructions .The staff has been very helpful in assisting me with applying valuable coupons to her medications . They have gotten my child's prescriptions filled last minute ❤ . I truly appreciate everything they do because by the time I get there I'm typically exhausted and stressed out managing my child's asthma. I typically even receive a call a few days later to check and make sure everything is going ok with the medication ❤.I've worked customer service and I know it is a difficult career. Their customer service is A-1 .There are plenty of pharmacies in the area and I'm sure I pass dozens that would be more convenient ,but coming here is worth the drive .Overall I would just like to say thank you all so much.

I shop here because it is better than shopping at Walmart. I pay more but don't have to deal with kids running thru the aisles . Also don't have the long lines so I'm in and out fast. Plus I'm not searching everywhere to find what I'm looking for. Would rather support small businesses in my area . Noticed some people thought it was run down well all I can say is you obviously haven't shopped at Walmart lately .. Now that's a dumpy store .

Excellent store been coming here for 16 yrs…. They have everything you need just what the commercial says… And they are a local company as well!!! I rather keep my money in NE Ohio!

When Walmart didn’t have distilled water, I went there and got it. My wife loves it there. Good selection, great prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
