The AutoZone in Martinsville the employees they are very knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of the customers in the very friendly they get very good recommendations.

I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life here. Ronny helped me refresh the refrigerant in my RV, taking the time to explain to me what needed to be done, and then coming out to the rig to help me directly. We went from no AC in 95+ degree weather to an ice-cold system in just minutes with Ronny's help. THANK YOU! Awesome job folks, keep it up! :-)

Amazing staff! Seriously, wow. Ronny G came out to our vehicle with us and was immensely helpful with the AC system recharge. He answered all of our questions, and we learned a lot. The store also had everything we needed in stock. Highly recommend this location. Thanks y'all!

Do you miss old fashioned customer service? This place has it. Multiple visits and multiple good experiences. Most recently, Gage helped solve a small windshield wiper issue with the best of customer service. Highly recommend this Auto Zone!
