The Home Depot

Picked up an online order. The gentleman on Monday night by loading docks was great using the forklift and took good care loading. Before me he was working extra hard loading 2 vans of drywall. The young lady at service desk helped me find my tool chest and made sure I was helped despite rest of staff not looking interested. Other than that, it is a Home Depot, I am not expecting fancy friendly AceTrue Value type of environment.
In short, people were helpful and it had the tool chest I wanted when other stores did not.

I recently purchased materials for a project and only half arrived. I had a hard time finding someone that could help until I spoke with Harrison. He personally delivered the product I needed after his shift was over. Thank you for the great customer service and helping me get my flooring in on time!

Prices are decent and for the heavy items they will help you load up more often the workers have smiles on there faces and wont run away.

Donny was extremely fast with my order and even helped explain to me how the app worked, how to use it, and checked out my order efficiently with a smile! Definitely recommened this Home Depot over others for the employees alone!

I normally don't write reviews but the people working 2nd shift up front all need a raise, they were extremely nice and professional. It was the most positive shopping experience I've ever had in MKE. Two thumbs up.

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The store was well-organized and clean. Prices were reasonable, and we felt we received good value. Went in Saturday for charcoal had to wait for forklift operator met an OUTSTANDING worker named JULIE while waiting (30 +min )I noticed 6-7 employees come to her for info. As well as a dozen customers I asked her how long have you been working here she stated a few months this young lady was 17 I told her I want to call you the granny of home depot everyone is seeking you for help she had a great attitude with myself and the other three people that were waiting for items patio sets lawn mowers etc.. she kept her smile and positive attitude THIS YOUNG LADY IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE I did state to her manager you have a 💎 gem in this employee keep up the great work JULIE

I love this store. Every year we buy flowers for our front porch & flower bed. Their selection is always nice & the prices are competitive to nearby stores.

After searching for an item in the wrong section I was about ready to give up, but fortunately Howard found me in the plumbing section that I was sent to. I was almost ready to give up at that point, but Howard took a look at the picture, pulled out the staircase on wheels and retrieved one that was close the ceiling. I never would have found it on my own, so I was very grateful for the help!

Gene greeted me when I walked in and directed me right where I needed to go. He is awesome. If you ask him where something is in the store he definitely knows. He's a very friendly man with great character. I had the pleasure of talking to him and we had a great conversation. He is also very popular with regular customers and fellow staff. He is a genuine and great man.

I love shopping the store has everything you need for projects, but the floors at this location are cluttered with things to trip on! Management needs to have staff clean as they work to make store safe for customers otherwise store has all you need!!

I think everyone who has ever had a project of any kind knows The Home Depot. I've been coming here since forever and it's always my go to. My apologies to the hardware stores like Ace & Tru Value, but the Depot is so well laid out with such variety and volume, it's just too easy. And the building and aisles are large enough that even when they're busy you can move around, get what you need and get to work. They offer equipment rental, truck rental, delivery and have designers to help with the big stuff like decks, remodeling, etc. They have a great, easy to use website so you can search for something, see where it's in stock, know the price and go get it or have it delivered.

This evening I stopped at the store to pick up an online order that according to UPS had arrived in store. However on line it told me it wouldn't be ready for pick up until Monday. Shi at the customer service counter was so friendly & helpful! He went out of his way to find someone to locate my order and bring it up. He said even though I hadn't been notified he would try and locate my order. I appreciate the great customer service!

Good! Cashier were helpful, she showed how to make house keys using the key making machine. In Georgia our Home Depot’s have key makers to make keys.

As a lady I got help right away when I went to 124th and Capital at home Depot, everyone was very helpful

I just want to give a big thank you to the young lady that helped me with my purchase of a patio table and chairs today. Thank you so much for your patience. Sorry I did not get her name. I also want to give a special thanks to Cassanova and Kel for helping me get everything into the cars. They took their time with it and did not rush even though things were not fitting in the car too good. They still helped until we got it all in. Thank you all.

Always helpful no matter which location I go to! This particular trip I couldn't locate the item I needed and one of the most helpful youngman made it a point to find the last of what I needed in the opposite end of the store up on a shelf. He got the box down put it in my cart and I was happily on my way! Very pleased, will recommend and I will return! Thanks Home Depot!

I like to get in and out pretty quickly, so I'm usually thankful for the amount of cashiers they have. Decent service and Can usually find someone if help is needed quickly

My husband and I spent most of the day doing yard work and after having dinner with the family we didn’t make it into the store until about 9:40p, right before closing. I work in retail and I know when it’s almost closing time, employees are ready to go so I wasn’t expecting much as far as customer service but let me tell you, the employees here far exceeded all expectations!! Everyone we spoke with tonight was so friendly and SO informative!! There wasn’t enough time for us to get everything that we needed but we will definitely be back!
