Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I stopped in while running a day full of errands on December 29th. Todd greeted me warmly and asked if he could help. I was looking for an area rug for my home and had heard that Bob's had a big selection. I also didn't know that Bob's had a location closer to my hone.
I met Carmen and another young man that I apologize, I forgot his name. Todd was happy to go in the back and see if they had any of my preference in stock which he found immediately and I was able to complete my transaction in just a few minutes. I'm very happy with my rug and very happy with Todd carrying the rug out to my van. I plan on visiting again when I have more time browse. This store is great.

Shopping was easy. Selection was great. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Shout out to Shannon B in the Wauwatosa, WI store. And store manager Manny. Delivery will be a longer than I had expected, but I will be patient :).

Had a great experience at Bob's. Salesman Mike was not pushy like a typical salesman. He gave us great information on all the sofas and answered all our questions. The prices were fantastic. I would highly recommend Bob's Discount Furniture for you next furniture purchase.

Absolutely amazing experience. The sales representative (Jacob) did a really amazing job helping me find furniture for my house. He was able to help me finance my furniture and put together a cart of things I want for my home. It was just amazing and quick and easy. 11/10 service for sure.

Todd was patient and helpful.
He listened to our needs and searched to find the couch we bought. He also did research on potential mattress for the future and called in help when needed. Glad we came to Bob's

We had a young gentleman by the name of Jacob that assisted us to the fullest. He informed us in detail about a 5 year warranty that we were not informed of by the salesperson from South 76th street. We bought a 2,000.00 Panther Couch with no warranty and because of the information he provided us with we added the insurance regardless of the additional costs. We also purchased a recliner from that location because of his friendliness and informative character. We added the warranty on our new recliner. I am glad he is there and I will definitely go to that location in the future. Thank you for having him there. You need more people like him on south 76th for sure!

Noah was very pleasant and professional. He answered all of our questions and did not pressure sell us into anything. He went above and beyond moving things around for us, so that we could Match tables to sofa.

Michael was very accommodating. Helped me a lot in my journey to try and find a new couch. He worked with me he was very attentive. Michael should be the manager that bob furniture needs. Someone who handles you with care, concern, and professionalism. A lot of other bob furniture specialist didn't even pay me any attention, But michael was Alert ready with concern and information to help me finalize The couch I dreamed about. Excellent place to shop for furniture. Going on third set of furniture from bob’s. Nice friendly staff and free cookies and ice cream for the kiddos. Balloons were a plus too!

Manny Brooks showed my mother and I lots of options and in the end I came back she decided to buy the kitchen set recommended to her and Hunter was quick to fill in for Manny to get it all bought and delivered. Well…. It was my first time shopping and exploring Bob’s furniture. The place was very clean, and everyone there was really nice & friendly. Debbie helped us out and she made sure we walked out satisfied and we did!!!!!!!! I’m now a new customer with Bob’s and will be returning again. If you never been go asap.
