This is the best Starbucks in all of the krogers. Melanie is a rockstar. I see Carrie as well. New team members are catching on, but they have great leadership. They know your name and your drinks. They are shortstaffed, but they make it work. Kroger could do more, in my opinion, to support them. This is still my favorite place

I'll take this in store location over the one right by my house any day! They remember their customers, make an effort to remember orders and suggest something new they know you would enjoy. I look forward to my Friday shopping to see my Starbucks gals.

I love this starbucks! Theyvr messed up on my drink only a couple of times (not sweetening my frappe and instead putting it in moms. Lol!), but they were very apologetic. I go here once a week with my mom, and they recognize us. Love these people!

Baristas are always friendly. They always get my drinks out quickly and make them just how I like them.

They are very helpful. I love how pick up orders are sitting with the receipt and name facing out.

One of the few starbucks that make my chai tea latte right every time every time.
