AT&T Store

Luke from the Siloam Springs store helped me out tremendously today. I want him recognized for excellent customer service and and overall awesome attitude. He helped me switch over my parents from Verizon to ATT and I’m very thankful for all the help we received today. 10/10 stars awarded! Great job Luke!

My son and I stopped in so he could get his info from old phone transferred to his new phone. Vinny took good care of us. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He has great stories to tell as we passed the time. Vinny made sure my son checked his phone, before we left, to ensure everything was done correctly. I’m waiting for my new phone and we will definitely be asking for Vinny when I need my information transferred.

Theresa was absolutely wonderful! She listened to every concern we had. She explained everything thing in detail. She was sweet and I highly recommend her!

Some people talk the talk, but my man Vinny absolutely walks the walk. Best customer service I have ever had and it’s not even close! He even offered me tacos and I’m like “sir this is an AT&T store” but he just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Vinnie is the guy to go to for any need or service. So personable and knowledgeable. We are deaf. He took care of us and made sure we understood him. Such a wonderful experience. I’d give him way more than 5 stars if I could.

Visited the store this morning. Was helped by the manager Vinny. He was very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this store for help with AT&T issues. It is not an easy business to be in as I know from owning a store that handled AT&T in the past.
