Abdul amazes me with his knowledge at Verizon, excellent customer service, always there to help! He's definitely the king of Verizon in New Martinsville WV!

I had been having trouble for weeks ordering a new phone from the website and call center reps. Cody spent almost 7 hours helping me over a span of two evenings getting my issues (that were absolutely no fault of his) resolved. He even made sure to get me the best deals possible and I left with a few extra devices that I had no clue were part of an incredible promotion.

Abdul and Cody were both so helpful. They not only are both super knowledgeable about the phones and accessories, but they also showed us how to save money! Wonderful experience and it is why I will only go to the New Martinsville, WV Verizon store!!

SiSi and Cody were great to deal with,we addressed the issues I was having with my old phone and I decided to upgrade and they went above and beyond helping me with that, and then again gettin this new phone set up for me. They were both great to work with.

I purchased a pixel 6 and everything with my purchase was great. However, my husband purchased a pixel 6 pro and the technician didn't turn on a few things that needed to be done with that particular phone. So he had to visit another Verizon store again this morning as he is 2 and 1/2 hours away from where we started. Other than that everything was great.

Best experience I've had with Verizon. Dan at Verizon was really helpful throughout the process and really cares about his customers. He isn't just at his job to collect a paycheck, he's there to take care of his customers in the best way possible.

When into the New Martinsville WV store today and Brandon was great. Great personality, very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me everything n the store. Best experience I have had so far. Most times n there for hours. Great job Brandon.

It was an incredible day. I got the phone I wanted and a watch to go with it. They were very socially interactive! It didn't feel like a business transaction. It felt like visiting family. They helped me switch my carriers and everything!
