Lexi and Danielle are so helpful. I’ve stopped in a couple of times in the last two weeks and they have made the process super simple both times. (Once was upgrading a plan and another was upgrading phones, so I didn’t need to come back).

Katie was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. This wasn't our first experience with her, but she impresses us more every time we are there. We highly recommend this store to all AT&T customers, and those thinking about switching to AT&T.

Katie is very professional and helpful. She sold me a Google pixel 6 pro and made the transaction effortless. I go here for all my needs now. Plus, I don't like ordering expensive phones or tablets to my house with all the package theives out there so having a local store to go get new devices is fabulous.

Katie in the New Martinsville,WV ATT was awesome! Very polite and knowledgeable. She was very busy that morning, but never made us feel rushed. She explained everything very well and answered all our questions. She deserves a raise.

The fellow working there on 6/10 was very helpful in helping me troubleshoot my phone. Sadly the thing couldn't be fixed since the phone I bought from Amazon was falsely listed as 4g when it was 3g. I would certainly return there if I ever need help again. Great folks and clean store.

Not coming to the store for a good thing. My phone broke on the job and I was 2hrs from home. It was late in the day and I HAD to have a phone the same day. Katie was my customer service representative. I would like to commend her above and beyond for exploring all my options with me. I was not in a very good mood, but she maintained total professionalism, and within about an hour I had a new phone, 1 that I wanted, and could not be more thankful to have met someone in this world who actually Does Their Job, maintains Professionalism, and has a Positive Attitude, AND has the Knowledge that they are supposed to have to Actually Perform their Job. Cannot say in a review how lucky your company is to have representation like this and I am Not a person who Ever writes reviews but it is well deserved.

I came looking for PB Fouke’s badger poison and was very politely informed that I was in the wrong store. I was then asked about my current cable provider and given some extremely good literature on direct tv stream and have a follow up next week! Thank you Katie for being awesome! Below is a picture of the badger I’m having problems with if anyone can help me. He knows my work schedule.
