Used to use disposables and switched to mods. The one beared guy was very helpful in sourcing juices and strength just for me. Very friendly. My choice of store for sure.

I'm from out of town and we went from another Vapor Station location to the one in Alliance and we were blown away by the customer service at this location! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We weren't sure about which juices we wanted and they had us try a wide variety of the zero nic juices to see which ones we actually liked. I bought a Smok Nord 4 and they set that up for me and even changed out my hubby's coil in his mod! Hands down BEST vape shop experience we've ever had. Will definitely be back to this location when we come back to the area. Thank you guys for being amazing!

Great products and great staff

The gentleman that was there was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I even came back the next day to get another flavor of vape juice and pickup a new cartridge and he even filled it up for me.

The ONLY place I will go for all of my vape needs. Everyone on staff is highly knowledgeable and every time I have upgraded my vape or had a problem with one they have always gone above and beyond to help me out. Huge variety of juice and different vapes. 100/10 always happy to see these people.

Excellent Vape store. I would say these guys are the best in Ohio. I have always been treated like a friend. They help with any questions and are extremely knowledgeable. I've never been treated like just another sale , these guys give honest helpful advice and tips weather you're spending money or not.

Fixed my clearomizer to 510 connection issue I was having and got me some knock off replacement coils which are so far so good. Bought a homebrew grape 30ml bottle 18mg nicotine and it needs more grape but still taste good. Very friendly and patient staff prices are very fair here you get what you pay for here it's the service you pay for it and I will not complain a bit!!

My Smok Cube II broke on me, I usually go there for vape juice, I told the guy working there and he took it apart, had to weld a piece back on to fix it and didn't even charge me. These guys have the best vape flavor selection and they're extremely personable and helpful. Prices are at their best too and I wouldn't buy anywhere else.

The owner Serve knows exactly how treat customers, all 3 of them know there stuff. They no everything when it comes to vapes, delta 8, CBD, and Kratom I get all 3 up there and they have the best.
