After spending nearly 3 hours in the store today, I can confidently say that was the best experience I’ve ever had with salespeople. Richie was fantastic. He was super patient and actually listened to all of our needs and wants. Everything we asked for, he went above and beyond our expectations. Dillon was also wonderful. Very patient as well! Truly a wonderfully kind staff and I’m glad to do business with you all.

Tyler is extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! We appreciate his guidance and friendly personality and patience with us setting up our new phones!

Keith Cameron came up to us right away and made the whole experience great! He was so knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and we feel that we got the best deal that worked for us! I also appreciated his approach because it didn’t feel pushy but instead comfortable to just have a conversation about all that Verizon offers. There were several other team members that helped along the way to get all of our devices ready to go too and I love to see that in a workplace! My husband and I would definitely come back to this store!

The people at this store go above and beyond sales! Dillion and Bryce spent ample time with me making sure all my needs we taken care of. This place is FAR better than the store on Dressler!! They take the time to address all your concerns. Awesome place and awesome people!! Very tech savvy!!

I haven’t been to many Verizon stores but the few I have left much to be desired. Not this place! Alliance Verizon has very personable employees. Today Tyler helped me set up and purchase new phones and an added line. He went above and beyond to help me set up accounts. Even the benefits like Disney/Hulu. He walked me through everything. Some people may say that’s their job but not everyone can do that and still remain friendly and courteous. Since my family in another state is the main on the account we had to call them multiple times. He was still stellar and patient. Thank you for making it’s such a great experience!

Nate was amazing, I highly recommend seeing him and visiting this store. They treat you like people and not numbers or dollars. He was able to explain and answer every question we had. He was a major bright spot after dealing with online issues and several hours of phone calls with Verizon. I recommend going in the store first because it would’ve saved us major time. I can’t thank Nate enough for everything he was able to help us with and the time he took to make our experience truly wonderful.

I was so impressed with the customer service and the care that was given to me by Richard Sulak in setting up a new phone. I am not a technical person and he took the time to SLOWLY go over everything with me! Moving forward any future business phones that we may need to add I will definitely be going to this store. Everybody was amazing, and so helpful!
