This Tmobile store is AWESOME! All their reprensentatives are great but Shay and Brittany deserve a big shout out for going out of their way to make sure we got what we needed! They took care of all our issues and did it all with a smile. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing good Tmobile service!

Needed a screen protector for my phone. The young lady was very helpful. She removed the old one and installed the new in a matter of seconds.

Had a real pleasant experience at this store. Needed a hard re-boot on a tablet that I purchased elsewhere. Couldn't resolve the problem myself, even after calling the manufacturer. Called the store to see if they could help and they said "sure, bring it in." Problem solved and no charge. Excellent service from friendly, knowledgeable employees.

Last month I was having problems with my old phone. Autumn sent it to the tech and it was time for an upgrade. I had a Samsung Galaxy s3, but I left a lovely Note 5 and I love it. Thank you so much for all of your help. You and everyone there is great.
