I went in to switch from and android to an iPhone. They only had one left in the store and Carol saved it for me and had it ready upon my arrival. Carol was so attentive to my needs and literally walked me through everything I needed to know about my new phone step by step. She was patient with me and provided outstanding customer service. Even when I left the store and had a question about how to set up an Apple ID I called the store and asked for her and she walked me through that over the phone. She truly cared and wanted to make sure I was happy with my new phone and knew how to work it properly. I hope her manager will see this and give her a raise. She is great at what she does. Thank you Carol. It’s rare to get great customer service anymore. You were such a breath of fresh air.

We visited on 6/18/2019 and was helped by Diego.

Great guy and very quick with his work. When my old store failed me on getting my husband a new phone, Diego came through. They do seem to get a lot of business coming through, but we beat most of the rush. I'll definitely come back for my upgrade later.
