I recently switched from Verizon to At&t.

The service and prices offered by AT&T have been very satisfactory to me.
It takes a very short time for the phone to transfer data.
Each member of the staff knows what they are doing.

Those who are interested in switching or renewing their contract should consider this store.

I recently went in about 2 weeks ago wanting to change my plan. I was greeted by the manager Rio and Jason. Jason was very nice and attentive. He made sure all of my questions were answered and made sure I understood how much everything would be in total. If I ever need anything else done on my account I will definitely be going back to Jason. Amazing customer service.

Honestly never thought I’d leave a review for a phone store but one of the workers there named Minwoo was so exceptional and enthusiastic at helping me and my family out to look for new phones that I had no choice but to write this just to shout him out. I usually hate going into cellphone stores because they usually complicate things but this was my best experience ever! I was assisted by Simon and he was so friendly and helpful in helping me get rid of my old Verizon plan because they were charging me so much money! Im so lucky to have come here because my experience was an A+!

I recently visited this store without having much information about AT&T plans nor offers. I have been a T-mobile user for over 15 years. Simon was very kind and very knowledgeable to convince a picky shopper like myself to switch my carrier to AT&T! 😂
