Jeremy (store manager) was extremely helpful and took his time looking up part numbers and finding stores that had stock for the various parts I needed for old equipment. I’d definitely recommend this location (store south of here wouldn’t even help me - had two water tests going on) so go talk to Jeremy. Nice guy!

Amazing kind and so incredibly helpful. Employees are always welcoming and kind. Free water tests. I’ve only had positive experiences with them at three different locations.

Robert is very helpful when explaining how the pool works and what products to use to get the chemicals in balance. Jeremy has been very helpful as well. Our local store does not disappoint

I took pool water to have it tested the second time. Owner was real nice and polite and tested my pool water at no charge again. He explained thoroughly what I need to add to my pool looking at his computerized report that was given to me.
He did not try to sell me his products.
Two guys were before me for different issues,he provided service for free to them as well with great attitude. All three of us did not give him any tip.

This place has been the best in helping me be my own pool guy. It’s a one stop shop for every chemical you’d ever need, equipment, and maintenance advice. Customer service is top notch at this location and have always helped me balance my pool right.

Just bought a new house with a pool and was told to come here. I was warned that they may try and sell me huge chemical packs that I probably wouldn't need, but that wasn't the case at all. Tested my water, even let my son help him and was so nice. At the end, just recommended one chemical that was super cheap that I needed to add. Will definitely keep this store as my go to place.

I love this Leslie's! I usually deal with Robert when I go in and he makes water testing fun for my children. He quizzes them and explains how everything works. The woman who works there is nice as well.

Based on the couple of times I've been there, they were very helpful. Yes, perhaps more expensive than others, but you get the service from experienced staff--you get what you pay for.
