The UPS Store

I have been going to this specific store for two years. I thought it was a decent UPS store for the first 18 months. They were always nice, but never in a big hurry. Something has changed in the last six months. They have several people behind the counter, and they are lightning-quick and accurate. Very friendly customer service. Without fail, someone will ask if the people in line have just returns. If that is the case, they take you behind the counter to an area to do a quick transaction. I don’t know what changed in these past six months, but they are doing it perfectly.

I have always been happy to come here. I recently had to come here on two separate occasions. The first time was for a big photocopy job and they did it perfectly. The second time was to scan a few important documents and then have them emailed to me. They were always polite and helpful. I want to say thank you to Gavin (I hope I have his name right) and the rest of the crew!

Fast, Efficient, Friendly!

Becca helped me with all my packages very politely and always with a friendly demeanor (like that Aunt whose teenage nieces and nephews call her “the Cool Aunt”). Becca answered all my questions and guided me to the most efficient options for my packages. 10/10

This UPS store is particularly outstanding in that it offers premium customer service, courteous and professional associates, and most importantly, who are knowledgeable on shipping rates, pack and ship options, pricing, faxing, scanning, printing and computer access among a myriad of individual and small business services.

The store is busy because it is popular and known for its upscale central location and professional associates, who immediately greet customers upon entering the store and advance a team effort to ensure that there is no waiting for services.

The owner, Chris Kellogg, is to be commended not only for her outstanding and impeccable store, immaculate displays, but also as leader of a team, very seasoned and experienced in customer service and business knowledge and orientation of UPS services. The location also offers passport photos.

Bill Skinner, Notary, was very helpful with a unique printing request that I had, as well as scanning and ensuring that an important document and contract were secured and mailed to the correct designation. Associates, Gavin, Lance, Zack, Penny and Donald were busy in the employee area at all times when not servicing customers, and busy packing and shipping to ensure a seamless and continual address of business practices and operations. This store is busy but there is never a line as Associates vigilantly pay attention to customer service; as recently when Penny immediately came from the back employee area to call customers from the line that was forming.

I drive a further distance from my home to specifically come to this UPS Store because of the consistent, reliable, and professional customer service and experience.

I went to drop off two packages. When I got there the line was to the door so I was worried it would take a long time. The store was well staffed so the line went much faster than I had anticipated. The employee I worked with was very fast, knowledgeable, and explained the best shipping option for my needs; it was easy to tell that they were well-trained. Great job to everyone!

I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had today. I was having a real big problem involving a tracking number which would have cost me A LOT of money. Ken helped me out and was so incredibly friendly and diligent. He acted like it has him that would be out the money. And then when I left he told me to come back if our "fix" did not solve the problem and he would try something different. I can't express how much I appreciated his professionalism and kindness.

Lance was very helpful with all my mail requests, will be back for sure.

They made up a bunch of business card stickers. The quality is great and will definitely be using them in the future.

I have used to return packages, get notary services and ship some stuff out-they are always quick and friendly. One of those places I don’t need frequently but it’s nice to have when I do need it!

Normally UPS stores have a bad reputation but this one had great service, at least when I went. Sure, there was a bit of a line but the line was moving along pretty efficiently. They had 2 cashiers working that night which was great. Speaking of night, I love how this UPS store is open later into the evening.
Getting my order shipped was quick and easy and everything arrived without issues. :)

I come here about 3 times a week for my business. I have not met any employee who has treated me with anything other than great customer service. Even the drivers picking up shipments are very personable and helpful.

Everyone I spoke to was very kind. Above and beyond customer service in the store and later on the phone when my tracking number didn’t work. Even checked the video footage while on the phone to ensure my package made it to the truck.

The nice people working there will get you in and out fast. I had a fax that didn't want to go through and the wonderful young man was very tenacious and finally got it through. Not his fault. The number was really busy
