King Soopers

I didn't know where to leave a review, here or King Soopers so I left one on each. I placed my very first delivery order tonight. It was out of necessity. I have been working a lot of hours at the hospital due to covid. I hadn't had time to "shop" due to my hospital hours. I was nearing being out of dog food; I will always make sure my pups have food. I decided to try and order for delivery, too exhausted to drive and shop and very little time. I was apprehensive at first. I placed my order and received notification that a couple of my items weren't available. Blake my shopper sent pictures and options as alternatives. Comparable in price and size. With this being my very first order I would normally shop for in person, this experience was very positive. It was as if I were in the store, seeing my choice wasn't available and making another decision. Knowing this shopper provided options, which was so important in this situation, I thank King Soopers, Instacart and the delivery driver for bringing peace of mind to me during this hectic time. I appreciate it all!

This is by far the best King Soopers I have shopped. The aisles are wide enough for people to pass. The shelves are always stocked. It is a very clean store and the associates are so kind. They welcome you and thank you for shopping. I appreciate them being open so early as I can grab a few things before I head into work. Shopping here provides me with a sense of comfort and acceptance.

A great store. I love the layout of the produce and deli area. It feels big and open. They also have a very big wellness section. I can usually find everything I need here. It can get very busy. The east entrance closes after 8pm. We usually will try to go shopping at night. Less crowded and we can get in and out quickly. If you go after a big weekend or holiday they maybe out of something due to the high demand but don't worry they get restocked quickly. They also have a section by the meats with pre-made meals that is frozen that you can easily take home and make. Simple and healthy. Also don't forget to use your Sooper Card and APP to get digital.

Fantastic floral department!!! Flowers are in great condition with a huge variety of flowers and lovely potted plants. The florest was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She helped us find the perfect flower arrangement and a xupple potted plants. Thank you.

We found out you can clip coupons online on the app, and we saved around $50 bucks. They even had free items in the coupon collection, and we look forward to trying the yogurt drink we got. Free is free. No strings attached. That's why we went tonight, haha. It's our favorite grocery store, compared to H.E.B. from home.

This King Soopers is one of my favorite. With a huge selection of products, great meat department as well as a Starbucks, they offer everything I need and then some.

This store has been here for years and the remodel was fantastic. The service was great and the store is well organized and beautiful

I feel like this location is all about helping the next single shooter by locking up all the customers so they can only get in and out through one door! Good job Kroger with your Stalinist political agenda. Thanks for risking the lives of every customer that shops here! Didn’t you just deal with one of those crazies up in Boulder? And so you decided to lock up all escape routes? What the hell is wrong with you people?

Watch out for the little chubby teenager with facial tattoos, piercings and with his friends. They're up to no good!

This King Soopers has been my primary grocery store for the 15 months I've lived in the area and I've always had a good experience. Being something of a bargain shopper and not to picky about slightly blemished produce, I love the reduced-price produce stand; I've found a lot of great deals there from time to time.

Ed, who often works the self-checkout area on night shift, deserves a quick shout-out. He consistently provides some of the best customer service I've seen in any retail store --- he always greets customers cordially, pays attention, and is ready to help with any need. A few weeks ago I watched him go above and beyond to help, with great patience and impressive professionalism, a customer who seemed to have some handicap and was having a great deal of trouble getting out of the store with all her purchased groceries.

Good my weekly regular Friday shopping, and fuel file up for the week.

I was super impressed with the amount of self checkout stations this location has . Kinda shows someone put some time into researching the demographics of the neighborhood and based off what the most likely needs of the customers are .. decided to create more self checkouts available than most King Soopers!
One strategy for all stores almost seems like you’d want them to all fail.. it’s nice to see you guys do your homework and want to succeed.. just seeing this alone made it a positive experience for me .. ;)

I normally don't get good service at this king Soopers tonight I had a amazing experience with a young woman Breanna at the service desk she was kind and showed interest in fixing my issues and did completely fix my issues fast and efficient she definitely needs a promotion and and a excellent service award

Grocery don't seem like anything special, but I particularly like this store because it's designed and laid out in a very attractive manner. It makes you enjoy being there. Aside from food, they also have a nice selection of cooking gear, dishes, glasses, and just about anything else you might need for your kitchen.

I shop at King Soopers at Bear Valley all the time. I always have a good experience. This morning I went down to shop around 6:45.
They don't have checkout stands open. An extremely nice woman employee helped me at the self checkout, because I had a lot of produce. One of my favorite checkers is Victor. Love that store.

Visited the pharmacy to get some prescriptions filled for an upcoming oral surgery and Meghan was a rockstar! She stopped what she was doing to help me since the other pharmacy clerk was tied up with a difficult customer and had my prescriptions processed quickly and easily. Don’t often get executive feeling service but I did here couldn’t be more happy.

Love love love this soopers. Great and friendly employees, Erin at self checkout deserves employee of the month and shall dethrone Dane (from dairy) for next month

This is one of the super stores, so they have a little bit of everything, but they are fast, friendly, and they're neighbors. All departments are helpful and well work to provide customized items upon request. They have a coffee bar, salad bar with olive bar, deli, bakery, fish market, butcher, and fully stocked pharmacy. They are completely handicapped accessible and provide shopping and loading services, too (quick click). I grew up with King Soopers, so it's like coming home for me.
