CVS

We are new to the area and stopped in for a few essentials. The store is laid out well with clear signage. But the reason I am writing is Juliana. This lovely young lady greeted us, kindly helped us with signing up for rewards and explained the benefits. She saw we were buying a local HS t-shirt and asked about my daughter’s grade and how she liked school. She was absolutely delightful. It is customer service like hers that makes me want to return and shop at this CVS.

After visiting a couple of CVS stores looking for a sold out product i was called this CVS location and get 5 star service from Alyssa. She was kind and cheery and even check the stock to make the product was available before I drove all the way over. I came in and there was an older male employee or manager not sure, but he wasn't friendly at all and didnt even try to help me he literally told me to wait for another employee as he stood there staring into space. I'm just happy CVS has Alyssa, she saved the day! Hold on to her!

I have been going to this cvs for years and their is an employee who had nothing better to do than assume I’d come in with a fake ID , I asked the manager to scan and they still refused. This guy is unprofessional and told me it’s because of the holographic portion on the bottom right corner . They refused to scan like QuikTrip / HeB. Nick is the employees name .

The store is easy to navigate and clean. Liliana was very welcoming and friendly. She greeted me upon entry, asked if I needed help finding anything and finally assisted me at check out. She was extremely sweet and patient :)

My husband and I were asked if we needed help while shopping and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed as if they were happy to be there and were ready to help however needed.

So sorry to read the previous review because I just had a great experience taking both my daughters to the minute clinic and getting a flu shot for myself. I'm not sure I understand the bleeding all over yourself, because the RN that administered my flu shot used this new inject safe barrier bandage where the shot is administered through the bandage itself protecting the health care provider from contamination and the patient from bleeding all over yourself. I did make two trips and had two completely different experiences. The first was with a younger dark skinned clinician, whom did come off annoyed but then softened her tone. The second was an older white lady who was absolutely so patient with my 3 year old. The nurse went as far as walking me out to the aisles to show me where exactly I could find the over the counter medications I needed. I had such a great experience the second time that I promised myself that I needed to rate and review this CVS Minute Clinic.

The pharmacy was a positive experience as well, my medication was ready less than 5 minutes after I exited the minute clinic. I'm sorry but this is the best CVS experience I have ever had. I encourage rating and reviewing businesses as management cannot dismiss nor deny public feedback. It is important that we share our experiences to improve them for others.

Store is clean, well merchandised and the employees are happy and smiling. Great shopping experience.

I just love, love , did I say love ❤ this CVS. I’m from Chicago and got caught up in this Texan allergy season. So I wasn’t feeling well. I was greeted upon my arrival. The store is immaculate. Everything is in its place I visited the minute clinic and I have to say that Amber NP is pretty Awesome!!! She gave me a through check up and diagnosed me with a sinus infection, booo But she listened and showed much concern. I got a discount on the visit and the meds. She even refilled my blood pressure medication without me even asking her too. She Rocks!

I have been coming to the pharmacy for several years. Ever since it opened. The staff are always great. When I ask for something such as a syringe they do not have in stock, they order them for me and get them in quickly. The store is always clean. Service is great. I prefer this pharmacy to Walgreens or others in the area.

Always a great experience! The cashiers and managers are very helpful and eager to please! This is my favorite CVS in San Antonio.

Great experience every time. Staff is very friendly and professional. It is a neighborhood store and I shop there a lot for the convenience rather than HEB or Wal-Mart. The entire staff has been there a while so there is a family-type atmosphere every time I visit.

This is the greatest pharmacy ever.

I had great service with a new employee I saw for the first time today. I asked her name because she was so helpful and pleasant even though my transaction was time consuming. Her name was Magdalene.

Don't think I've ever had a bad experience at CVS. Staff is always friendly, and the store is clean.
