I’ve been to many different CVS locations all across the country. This is by far one of the best. Both the pharmacy staff and the store staff have always been courteous, professional and just plain nice.
Reading some of the negative reviews I would say some people don’t understand that the pharmacy is not always in control of the availability of drugs.

Jo and Ebony took great care of me in getting my first Shingrix injection. Jo took great care on the pre and post administrative phase and Ebony took great care in administering the injection. It didn’t hurt either!! They took any concerns I was feeling and put me at ease and it was quick, too. They are a great team. That’s the kind of people I want on my side. ❤❤

What started off as a bad experience, turned in a great display of customer service by Ingrid. (Pharmacy Technician) She did a great job of explaining the delay and made some quick calls to get my RX filled. I am very grateful for her assistance. 😊

This was my first time at this location. I actually visited the "minute clinic" to get the shingles shot. Spoke with Rochelle over the phone who was very pleasant and courteous. Jerry was the one who gave me the shot and it was very quick and painless! He also was very polite and courteous and very personable! Makes me look forward to my next dose in 2-6 months! Well ALMOST!! 😂😂

I recently switched over from Walgreens to come to CVS and I'm very happy I made that choice. The pharmacist that are on duty are very attentive to my needs and always try to go the extra mile to make me happy. The only thing that makes me very happy is that CVS is not sell cigarettes now. That was a huge move on the company's part to really show that they care about their customers

I have been here many times and have always had great service. There is typically 5 or so people working behind the counter. The staff is polite and helpful. If they do not know the answer to a question, they will immediately elevate the question to the pharmacist. If you have trouble finding an item they will take you to it. When you need a refill, they put a rush on it and let the folks filling the order that a customer is waiting. They also send you a text telling you it is ready if you desire to receive one. There is also a medical person available during certain hours for minor medical issues, school physicals and the like.

I know we all have different opinions but I love this pharmacy. The staff are always personable and the pharmacists are always friendly and engaging. Tracy truly makes it feel like a neighborhood pharmacy!

Excellent service and very friendly staff

Me and my sister were there at Evans & Bulverde Rd. location last August to get the COVID 19 Vaccines from Pfizer, and came back for the second dose, they gave us our Vaccination cards and will come back again in February for the booster one.

The clinic is clean, organized, and very fast. We did not wait...

The pharmacy is always incredibly helpful & friendly! I rarely have to go inside, but when I do I always get a “welcome” from whom ever is working the front.
