Just stopped in to get a pack of cigarettes. I stop in here once a month or so, sometimes buying coffee. The little lady at the register happened to smoke the same cigarettes as I do and had a spare coupon that she offered up and saved me three bucks. Super sweet lady! I had a $10 dollar coupon for Rudy’s and brought back to her. She just beamed! All the people I’ve encountered there have been great!

Thought I had lost my wallet at the pump.. the staff was so helpful and friendly, They even called to see if it was found later. (It was!) Nice to know that great customer service still exists!

Customer service ROCKS! One guy who has been there for years knows me by name and whenever I go in near my birthday he always wishes me "Happy Birthday" even if I'm just there for a soda pop.

It's kind of ghetto here. The staff and the customers. Like I'm trying to pay and get out and this nasty customer behind me just starts flirting with the cashier while it's still my turn. Just a miserable place that seems to attract low IQ people all around. Looking back at other people's reviews, it seems like they keep hiring the same people with no customer service ability, year after year. That can only go on so long before a place goes out of business. Also the CVS across the street is awesome.

Service at this location is sub-par at it’s best. The girl working evenings is ridiculously rude and always looks like she’d rather be dead than working register. Somehow I always get treated like I’m to blame for her being unhappy. Last night my total was 12.34, I give her 20, she shoves cash in my hand and says she has no change so I left thinking she just rounded up. When I counted the change, I realize she gave me $7 change, shorting me 66 cents. Why not tell me she can’t accept cash or give me $8 and let the store eat the 34 cents. I’ll never go this store again and they lost a customer over 34 cents and a terrible attitude.

Your little late night girl who wears the ball cap ....this is the most unbelievably disrespectful person who doesn't deserve the job! She fueled an argument between me and another patron outside Thursday night after 10 pm the gentleman working with her is the best employee you have there he chose to stay out of it!! She was yelling at me and being rude ! Is this what you pay employees to do? I've been using that store for 33 years ! If she's still there next week our 6 car family will take our gas and grocery purchases to circle k ! Customer service problems will not be tolerated...the customer who arrived to confront me ...I 2ent home and called police the report was made both license plates of the customer as well às.the employee are attached and on file! She needs to be fired immediately!!

Have never had a problem with this store until this week. A new store clerk was working that I've never seen before. She was a short, african- american woman. This clerk literally yelled at me from the other side of the store because I did not have a mask on. There were no visible signs on the door so I didn't wear one. She insisted I wear one or leave the store so I did... definitely won't go back!

12:10am, June 14th, 2018. I personally do not stop at ANY gas station other than 711. I've never had a 711 worth anything less than 5stars! My first bad experience. The only worker, (not to be rude, large African American lady, did not get her name, my appologies) was SITTING behind the register, very loudly talking on her cell phone. When I came to pay for my coffee, she rang me up without even pausing the phone call! Phone's do not belong on your person at work! I expect a manager to check their Google review and deal with this issue.
