I just want to applaud literally every staff member here I have had interactions with. They are all so friendly and helpful. I was there this morning for the Stanley cup drop and I've called a couple times for info on when the cups would be there. I'm sure they get alot of phone calls and it's probably annoying but you wouldn't know it because they are so pleasant! Also, I really appreciated the fact that they put a fair limit on how many each person could buy because if they hadn't, being 8th in line, I never would have gotten it. Thank you again and we all appreciate you guys!

The employees in the show department are amazing!! I swear my sis tried on every shoe in 2 different sizes and they didn't mind. We're very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend going here for shoes

Took my driver in today for a grip. Met the nicest guy in the golf department. Mike was awesome!! He helped me pick out a grip and put it on in 5 minutes!! What a guy!

Came in to exchange some baseballs that were wrong. Chase went with me and dug out ball for ball what I needed. Way above and beyond on all kinds of levels. Chase is tha man!

Easy to find the item in need. Customer service was great in response to my question.

Went in to purchase golf grips to install on my clubs. Rollie in the golf department couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. Very knowledgeable on the equipment and gripped seven clubs for me in under 25 minutes. Great experience and will go back.

Nice clean and organized store. Friendly and helpful staff. Katie checked on us a few times and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Huge selection of items. You will likely find what you are looking for. Prices are pretty high on a number of things. Will likely order online for better price. Will visit again and recommend to others.

Just did some major shopping and got great deals and amazing items. The gentlemen who helped me were awesome. I watched one of the sales men help a very young boy who only had $5 and treated him no different then anyone else. I will shop there more often based on the staff alone.

Started a Yoga class and needed to get things, so off to Dick’s Sporting Goods. They had everything I needed and the salesperson was super helpful. In a world full of Amazon and Walmarts, it’s nice to shop at a place serious about their sports equipment.

The store has great inventory. But not great service at checkout. I waited second in line to purchase a fishing license while a man contested errors in a previous purchases receipt. A line of customers formed behind me. I waited patiently for a while before realizing the issues were not going to be resolved anytime soon. No help from the multiple employees out on the floor. I left. I have liked this store other times other than this incident.

I recently made some purchases for my older son's birthday, which included a pair of Oakley sunglasses. To make a long story short, the box I wrapped and gave to my son did not have the sunglasses. I called the store the next day and spoke to the manager (Tiffany) to explain the issue. She was extremely apologetic and didn't hesitate to get to working on what had happened. The sunglasses were the last pair available at the store that day and were on display so by mistake didn't get placed in the box upon my purchase. Tiffany was awesome in making sure that my son would get his gift and even offered to personally drive to another store in SA if they didn't have them there. We picked up the sunglasses curbside from Tiffany herself. Thank you for the awesome customer service. I will definitely shop there again!!

My daughter and I went to look for football pants and gloves. We didn't have alot of money and we asked for a little discount and the cashier Julianne was very nice and polite and her associate Kaden was very helpful and checked the prices on the gloves which really helped us. But Julianne did the best on helping and being a good on catching the price. Thanks so much.

The manager is so helpful and helped me place an order online ASAP. Returns are super easy. There are several employees at the register and they offer free gift boxes.
