AT&T Store

Honestly hands down a very seamless transaction with Israel Lema and his associate.
They did amazing and will refer everyone to go to that AT&T.
Coming from Verizon, AT&T service is way better especially the customer service in that store. 10/10

Manager Leo and his staff were amazing helping me switch my business account over from T-Mobile . Kat was very knowledgeable and informative in the tech dept. If you live around here I highly recommend the service here at this store. The assistant manager Israel came in after hours to make sure my line was active. THANK YOU GUYS

Izzy and Kat will be my go to Reps for all my tech needs. They were very enthusiastic and helpful with assisting me with switching networks from T-Mobile to now AT&T they assisted me with choosing a plan that was affordable and convenient for my families needs. The transition went smoothly and they educated me on how to protect all of my devices including my devices at home, by adding an insurance plan for only $25 a month that will cover up to $5k a year on any device definitely gives me a peace of mind. It includes my tv’s, ps5, printer, desktop and laptops plus many more. If it wasn’t for their expertise and knowledge of sales and technology I probably would not have switched over. Izzy and Kat were very pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a phone or switch services to go see them at Willowbrook Mall in Wayne NJ.

Attentive and friendly staff. I went in to upgrade my phone. Immediately was helped the second I walked in. Estephanie helped me upgrade along with and trying to identify more savings based on my plan/bill.

Sonia killed it for me. She resolved an account issue expeditiously incl calling the help desk with me!

Manuel and manager Sovira was absolutely great! They went above and beyond to correct a disaster that was made by an online rep. (Prior to store visit) They throughly explained everything I questioned and/or was concerned with. The footwork this team delivered was nothing less of true customer service. 5=Very satisfied! The staff at the Willowbrook Mall AT&T store in Wayne, NJ is phenomenal! Leo Then & Stephanie Aragon are excellent reps for the company! I got the new S20+5G phone, and the watch. They are both very knowledgeable about the products... ie. Phones, watch, and AT&T TV services. Stephanie is a pure genius when it comes to setting up the new phone and watch! Both of their professionalism and kindness won me over during my time in the store for 2 hours to get information on the products as well as my purchases.

Michael B. came out to William Paterson University to work with a new international student who needed a SIM card. Not only did she get a great deal on a new iPhone Mini (PLUS the unlimited line and data), Michael worked on my own account to try and find some additional savings for me. Above and beyond the call of duty - can't recommend AT&T (and especially Michael B.) enough!

So i came here just to make an update to my phone plan. I currently spend $125 for 50 gb for a single plan user. However this was the first time i actually got smart financial advice from atnt store rep. The red head girl was very informative. She informed me that if i switch to unlimited data ill be paying $80 plus tax which is much less than im paying now. Literally no other store representative has ever told me this without trying to get to me sign up for directtv as well. Overall i like this location the best.
