I cannot say enough about how great the team is at the Simpsonville location! John, Johnathan and Marcus are amazing! It took me 11 months for my plantar fasciitis injury to heal. I needed walking shoes and I purchased my first pair of Hookas. I needed some flip flops and sandals to wear around the house and outside I got my Oofos. Two weeks ago I was getting ready to walk/jog a 5K in my neighborhood and I decided to see get a new pair of running shoes as I didn't want to go back to my New Balance as those are the ones I was using when I got injured. I was overwhelmed with options. John explained the advantages of the various sneakers etc. and I decided to purchase the On cloudeclipse! Game changer for me!! I walked/jogged a 5K and today did tempo runs on the treadmill and felt great! Having someone who runs and understands which sneakers are designed to do what helps you make better informed decisions and you get to try them on in the store and jog around to see how they feel. I refuse to buy sneakers on line and I truly appreciate the knowledge and personal attention you get when shopping Run In Simpsonville. #supportlocalbusiness!

I came in to Run-In to figure out what kind of insoles I would need for a new pair of shoes I got. Jeremy was super helpful and had me use their foot analyzing machine. It was great getting recommendations based on the analytics instead of there being any guesswork.
They were super gracious about calling a different location to put something on hold for me that they didn't have in stock.
Super great experience, will definitely go here again next time I need shoes.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Run In. My oldest son needed new running shoes for cross country and I had no clue where to start. His previous shoes weren’t cutting it so his coach suggested we stop in here.

The gentleman helping us was amazing and explained every step of the process of what to look for. We were able to find a great pair of shoes that he felt comfortable in and enjoyed running in. They will scan your foot to see how you run and what type of shoe would be best. What I was impressed with was letting him run around the block to get a feel for each shoe he tried. I will be back for myself soon! He also got a student discount which was another nice addition.

I went today to replace my old sneakers. I was greeted with energy, and then Ethan spent time analyzing my situation and offered the best solutions for my needs. He was warm, funny and kind.

Honestly, shoe shopping isn’t a favorite activity of mine. So I love that Jonathan started my shopping experience with a foot scan. He went over the results and directed me to the shoe wall, which has a great selection. I went with Jonathan’s recommendation, Brooks Glycerin20. They fit perfectly.

My wife and I came in yesterday to look for work shoes. Since we are on our feet all day in the hospital. We decided to go to the shoe specialist to find some comfy tennis shoes.

Jonathan is knowledgeable, patient and very helpful when it comes to looking for the right pair of shoes. Jonathan help us sort through all the brands. We finally narrowed it down to Hokas and especially the new Clifton 9. We ended up getting my wife a pair but they didn’t have my size in the color I like. But I’ll wait a few weeks for them to restock and come back to grab a pair of shoes that’ll make you feel like you are walking on clouds.

We will definitely recommend friends and family to come to the Run in Simpsonville store and look for Jonathan to help find the right pair of shoes .

Got two new pair of shoes. I needed a pair of daily drivers and a pair of gym/running shoe. Benny was very helpful and willing to listen to my needs instead of pushing the most expensive shoe. He also invited me for their Thursday even run……while I am not ready to run yet, I can’t wait to do it. Thank you for making my buying exp great.

i bought a pair of Hoka’s for running and they are absolutely wonderful! I was given proper customer care and we tried on shoes until there was something that was right for my running season! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend to where they should get their shoes and other running gear!!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! As soon as we walked in, Travis went out of his way to greet us with a smile and help us with what we needed. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and made the process a ton of fun. I actually learned a lot about my stride and what shoe would be the best fit for me and my activities. I LOVE my new running/walking shoes! Thank you for the awesome experience. The whole family will be back with all of our shoe needs in the future!

Jonathan asked questions to determine how I would be using the shoe. Then he gave options by brand and style for me to choose from. He made sure the shoes fit properly and were comfortable for me.

I stopped in right before the snow storm in need of new running shoes. What a great experience! I picked up some new shoes, a tank top and a hoodie. They all came in very handy these past few days trapped inside with my treadmill. The customer service was outstanding as well as the selection.

Travis was extremely helpful. I came in with my current running and HIIT shoes, listing out my issues with both of them. He came back with Sauconys that fit my needs for both running and HIIT (saving my wallet!). He also recommended a running shoe and HIIT shoe in case I did want to go that route but no pressure at all from him to do so! I really appreciate the helpful explanations of why he picked out each shoe. Thank you for your help!
