I spilled sweet tea on the keyboard of my new laptop. Did a quick Google search and found them. They were incredibly nice, the job was done fast and the quality of the work was phenomenal. Highly recommended!

The Tech Store and their staff are great! We used them for a repair on a laptop for my boss. They completed the work in record time and the pricing was very reasonable. I have also used them personally, to replace a screen on a cracked iPhone 12 Pro Max. Again they completed the work in record time and the pricing was extremely reasonable. The staff is so nice and explains everything. There was even a 90 day warranty on the new screen. They are my new go to “squad” for tech upgrades and repairs.

Absolute phenomenal service! I built my first gaming PC and was having some technical difficulties getting it running properly. The staff here quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it quickly and at a fair price. Definitely will have any of my future business!

Been in to the store a couple of times. Once for advice on data recovery on a bricked HDD, another time for help troubleshooting a friends gaming build. Both times I was treated with kindness and respect and my issues were resolved same day. Can't recommend The Tech Store - Simpsonville highly enough!

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They explained everything in a very transparent and easy to understand manner. I dropped off my pc and within days it was up and running like new. Will return for any future technological needs.

The people at The Tech Store went above and beyond to help me with a problem I was having with my Switch. I had a stripped screw that I was trying to remove to replace a part and Bryce used his own drill to drill it out and replaced the part with the one I bought. Not only that, but he only charged $65- $50 less than what Nintendo was asking just to send the Switch in.

He also gave me some amazing advice for PC upgrades and gaming laptop options. I will be coming back forever.

Bryson was very polite and shared a lot of information with me. I didn’t use the service at this time but if I ever needed anything else I will definitely check him about before anyone else

My phone wouldn't charge. Took it in and the fella was able to clear the 8lbs of lint from the charing port and didn't even charge me for it!! See what I did there?!?!?!? 10 outta 10 recommend!

I brought in an iPhone that had a shattered screen, which caused only part of it to work. I came into the Tech Store and it is nice! The staff is professional and repaired the phone with ease! I dropped it off and came back and hour later to pick it up. The phone works perfectly. 💯

Have been here multiple times now and every time I have been incredibly satisfied, was very happy to see they were selling TOZO bluetooth headphones I have had a pair for 2 years and will vogue that they are just as good as any Air pods I have ever owned. Also recently purchased a refurbished MacBook Air from here and have been overjoyed with it!!!

I needed a computer because mine bit the dust during a move, and they found me exactly the right computer. My youngest son has an amazing custom built gaming computer built by one of their employees. I highly recommend them. They are fabulous. I will never go anywhere else.

Visited recently when my laptop screen was not turning on. Before taking it in they offered to just take the back off and disconnect/ reconnect the battery (internal battery, not easily accessed) to see if that would fix it and it did. They would have been in the right to charge me a service fee but did not. While I was there another customer came in with a simple issue that took about the same amount of time as mine and they did not charge her either.
NOTE: Do not come here expecting to get free work done, but know they are not going to take advantage of you for simple things.

Awesome service! This is the second time we have brought a computer in for repair and both times the service has been excellent. They are very knowledgeable on repairing electronics and will discuss options to fit customers budgets. Their pricing is the best in the area that we found as well. Our recent repair is back now and our computer is just as good as new. It is a pleasure providing my business to places such as this.

Went in there with my dad about my phone charge port told them it would charge unless i held it in a crazy position they took it in the back and come out with it working like new again it was clogged with lint they cleaned it out and didn’t charge my dad Ty guys we will be coming back hand down amazing service I will be buying my first gaming pc from u guys

I had my cell repaired. It was cracked bad, and hard to find replacement at other stores. They were able to order one quickly and fix it. My cell is over 5 years old. Looks new now. Great work and great price. I'm impressed. I'm happy. Also the $50 ear buds I bought, works better than any other ear buds I've owned and a lot better than the Samsung $150.00 ear buds.
