Absolutely awesome lady in the returns and exchanges dept today. After arguing by phone, email and FB for 3 weeks, with regard to an adjustable desk chair with a faulty hydraulic cylinder, I spoke with her on the phone after being told "the store will have to deal with it". She told me bring it in and they'd get it sorted, and she did. No problem, quickly and easily. She was awesome, customer service at it's best. I mussed getting her name but this was between 12 and 1, and she was AMAZING.

Have not been into Target in a while. Since their remodel it is very nice. Still allot of niche items, so not where I would go for my everyday shopping, but with a teenage daughter and having the Ulta Beauty section and all of the self care / body care stuff, it is appealing to her. Staff are all very friendly.

The shopping experience is very good and affordable. We come here every weekend to visit. Unfortunately, there are too few types of food here, and we haven't bought the food we want here.

They streamlined the store and parking so that drive-up orders are picked up in one area, instore pick-up is at one desk, self check out has been expanded, and Sephora is now inside the store. BRAVO!!!!

Came here to buy makeup, and Hannah in beauty was extraordinary helpful and kind! Helped me find exactly what I needed when I didn't know and will definitely be seeking her help in the future when returning!!!

Target has the curbside pickup down to a science. It’s easy and quick. They generally have all the items I need in stock. I love that there is no specific time slot so it’s convenient for me. Love my Target!

I started going to this target Starbucks when I moved here from Charleston SC. I have a Starbucks on west Georgia rd Literally 500 feet from my home. I have never made a store my main place to go I have always gone to multiple stores. In seeing this I have made target on Fairview my main shopping for home, toys, food, clothes, electronics since 2018-2019 to currently. The reasons why is Carrie Davis and her employees Danielle, Rachel, KELSEY, JAKE, MADDIE, and many more actually remember there customers. They also get through a crowd of thirsty target moms under 10 minutes with one ONE espresso machine that moves slow like malaises. They have a conversation with the current customer which makes them feel valued safe and content. I would rather stand in line for a hour and have them serve me than anyone else or store, faster isn’t always better. They have never messed up my drink and yes mine has enough stuff in it to make you flustered and forgetful but not these guys. #2 Bonnie Drozda at customer service she is also so awesome kind respectful informative can multitask I have never seen her make a mistake. You see there kindness and going the extra mile is what made me a loyal shopper I have been coming to this store everyday for two years this last year it has gone to every other day or two days I’m back purchasing coffee and other home needs. Carrie D and Bonnie D are roll models in employees that tend to get overlooked bc of how good they are. There loyalty to the company and chain of command is always above and beyond especially when it comes to leadership and teamwork and communication and compassion for others. Carrie D would make a great GM or floor manager and Bonnie D would make a great customer service manager. If they would leave I would have poached them years ago. You would see a drastic change and difference in respect for customers and other employees. I have seen so many come and go but these two have always been consistent honest fair and they go the extra mile and pick up other employees responsibilities to make sure they deliver the best experience for the customers. All employees that have come and gone in Starbucks which I do not know the reasoning but Carrie trained them and they are some of the best most overlooked employees this location has had except by Carrie she has always seen there potential and praised them but other managers have not. I hope this store recognizes these two wonderful women, employees and doesn’t lose them bc you will lose customers and I will be the first to go. They are 5 stars they make my day better they are the roll model employees.

Found my product easily. Didn't work as easily as I had hoped. Returned next day. However, there was NO problem with lines checking out or when I returned it. Customer service was pleasant and glad to help. Would go back.

Whenever I go to my neighborhood Target, whether it's to shop in the store or online/pick up service; it's always a positive experience. It's a rare occasion that the store doesn't have what I'm looking for and/or need. The staff is friendly and is always helpful. They always greet you with a smile on their face!!!

100% my favorite store to go. I am always in here because you can find anything you need. It is the perfect size store with a variety of products for you including cute clothes, electronics, college dorm supplies, skincare, etc. A very friendly environment and a great place to shop with friends. There is also a Starbucks in the store for your coffee needs!

Every single time I walk into this location, I'm welcomed into a clean & happy environment! I never shopped Target growing up but now this is the only place I go for every day purchases! I'd like to personally thank Amy for my exchange on my son's electric scooter, with no second guess or hassle. The staff is so kind and the pricing on clothes is incredibly fair. I love Target and will always bring my hard-earned money to this establishment!

Target Drive-Up is something we use 1 to 2 times a week! This store is very efficient and the staff have been wonderful. My kids love asking the associates their name as they load the car. Plus, our favorite grocery items are usually in stock. Also- big shout out to the Target App. It makes my life much less complicated.

I've never been a big Target shopper or Walmart but it feels so fancy in there now and very clean. I found exactly what I was looking for and left happy.
