Used to go to the Lapeer location, but after some issues I’ve had over there I decided to try out the imlay city location. I am so glad I did and will make the 25 minute drive from now on as it is totally worth it! The salesperson who worked with us, Imad, treated us with nothing but kindness. First time I walked into a phone store and actually dealt with people who sincerely wanted to help. Will be definitely coming back.

The Imlay city Tmobil has awesome customer service. Want to upgrade phones and they went beyond being helpful and professional . just awesome people there. Would recommend this store

Honestly, the best experience I've had at a cellular phone store. They went above and beyond, making sure we were taken care of. Dont waste your time going to the Lapeer T-Moble, they will just tell you to call customer service for everything.

Best store I've ever been too. All the guys in there are friendly and helpful. Bobby was extremely patient with all our questions and got us some good deals! Give these guys a raise!

We had a great experience at the T Mobile in Imlay City yesturday. My son-in-law, daughter and myself came in to update sim cards on 5 phones and ended up buying three new phones and a watch. Bobby and Sanjay were awesome! Professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. Extremely patient with us as this took a couple of hours. They were very busy and continued the same courtesy to everyone that came in for help.I will reccomend these young men and their team to everyone I know. Junior and Susanna were both incredible. We changed over 3 phones and they couldn't have been more patient and nice. It's so nice to have Sprint Reps that are that knowledgeable. As far as switching phones and the pain it can be, they were also both quick and helpful with the transfers. We will be back and we will remain loyal to that store. Great job guys!!!

Great customer service. Went in to pay off and turn in two moto lease phones. Chloe H. from the Imlay City store, was positive, friendly and most helpful. She walked me through of process of paying off one phone and then worked with me to contact customer service to turn in the second phone. Process was smooth and professional. Great job!

I despise going to the cell phone store when I need to make any changes. It feels like torture and I do not like feeling pressured to get the newest phone with a great discount and unlimited data.

I went to IC Sprint this weekend and couldn't be more happy with my experience. I was helped by Monica and Haley. I have an old plan that I didn't want changed and I wanted phones that were affordable. I was there less than I had expected which is a huge bonus.

When I explained my hopes to Monica she knew exactly what to do. I immediately trusted her and had no worries about what she suggested. She was able to comprehend my rambling story and accomplish what I wanted. I am paying a bit less and I added another line.

Monica is a true asset to that store. Haley is still in training and Monica didn't stress her out at all. I know the fears of learning a new job when things can seem overwhelming. Haley did great. She has a great personality and I think she has a great future at the store.

I honestly can't say enough great things about Monica. Her multi tasking skills are nothing short of amazing. She was able to field phone calls, help another associate several times, greet customers, train Haley, she laughed at my jokes and made me feel like I could just hand her my money and just come back when it was done. Her training skills are very impressive. She didn't push Haley at all or get frustrated with her. This contributed to Haley delivering a stellar performance.

I actually left a dreaded cell phone store visit feeling better. Haley and Monica are fun and I kind of want to go up there and hang out with them. I had a good time.

Haley deserves huge recognition. I applaud her for remaining relaxed and eager to learn. She is a good kid!!

What an wonderful staff! All three ladies (Monica, Sabrina and McKenzie) are AMAZING! All ladies are very knowledgeable in their products and services as well as informative on deals, upgrades and accessories. Added bonus..... Chatting and laughing with Sabrina and McKenzie made my wait of a billion pictures to transfer so much easier. And to the lovely lady that purchased a waiting room full of people the iWALK... you are an angel. Thanks for the fun afternoon of what would have been a horribly painful process anywhere else!
