Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I don't usually have a problem with this location but the girl at the register. (Jessica) Served the people their ice cream first and they were after us. Then she made me the wrong blizzard and she just added the Fudge to it.

the cashier was very nice, when i asked for a soft serve dipped in chocolate with sprinkles she said she couldn’t put the sprinkles on so she gave me a little cup you put sunday’s in.

Came in tonight with the family. They were packed and the guy behind the counter was literally running. Order came out perfect and he was very polite. Great job, great hustle.

Visit here often for their great smoothies! Of course you can't go wrong with the many ice cream choices they offer either. Always receive quick friendly service, no matter what time of day or night I go here. As long as smoothies are offered here, I'll be visiting often... At least two to three times a week!
Unfortunately lately the service has been a little slow lately.

We always have a good experience here. Great food at decent price. Deserts are wonderful and staff are always nice. Greeting us when we come up to the line. Never see a big mess in the lobby or bathrooms.

They were swamped. With the heat and another local ice cream place no longer in business, these gals and guys stay busy non-stop! Sometimes the wait is a little long but nothing to complain about. They are still very friendly and always smiling. Definitely impressed.

I absolutely love this establishment. Not only for the delicious frozen treats as their main attraction, the kitchen prepares yummy tasting warm food and fast! For the low prices and actually having quality food, I will always come to the Imlay City Dairy Queen.

Never disappointed , had a sweet tooth today, got the Heath cup SATION and boy was it ever YUMMY if you like Heith CANDY and you like caramel and you like brownies it's a must have

Went through the drive thru sep 26 at 5pm. The young man who took my order and served me deserves a raise. He was up beat, nice and happy. It was refreshing at the least. Foods always good.

It's DQ, what's not to like about it. I will say that this store at 3:00pm on a 90 degree day was very fast and efficient. Our order was correct, well served and didn't forget the napkins 👍.

I love going here for lunch. It's delicious and only $5. You get an entree, fries, and drink and a sundae. It's way more food than you probably want for lunch, but so yummy. Have the chicken strips!

They are unbelievably nice every single time without fail. By far the best customer service every time I go there.

Our 22nd birthday cake was amazing, my twin sister and I had the same one as children- it was wonderful to discover they still make classics as well as many new themes!!

Went for ice cream, but from previous visits, my husband and I love their chili cheese dogs😊❤.

Was a long line when I went but they took care of me

Wonderful chocolate soft serve cone for me, banana split blizzard for my daughter, and a pet scoop for the dog! What more could you need??

What can I say. How can you mess up ice cream? Everything was great! Long line but worth the wait.
