I'd rather shop here than Walmart also it's a great grocery store and they give free ice cream at the door.

Freshest meat and produce in our area. Stores and bathrooms are exceptionally clean. Every employee is courteous and they always ask if they can do anything to help. As I was leaving the store I noticed an employee helping someone jump start a customer's car with his car. You can't buy that caring and compassion; it starts from the top and goes to the employees and passed onto the customers. That is why Macs Fresh Market is my Market! Way to GO!

The cakes are absolutely delicious. I order all my cakes from this bakery. I like to get the white cake with the whipped icing. It is literally the best cake ever!! The cake is moist and the whipped icing adds just enough sweetness without being too sweet. The icing really enhances the taste of cake itself.

The deli also has great food for a reasonable price. A plate lunch is $5.98 which includes your choice of a meat, 2 sides, and bread. The serving size is fair for the price and the food is always fresh!

Very polite staff. They allowed me to bring my dog into the store as I shopped without any problems I appreciated all of their kindness.

Terrific experience. Brought back a lot of good memories of the old community grocery stores. They have everything from chitterlings to toilet paper (if you buy the chitterlings make sure to buy extra toilet paper) you'll thank me for that advise.

"Down-home" grocery store with cost + 10% warehouse charges. Friendly help from staff for seniors and Handicapped! Homemade deli lunch plates daily, too! Big enough for all of your shopping needs -- BUT, not a sea-of-humanity like at Walmart!

Smaller but still had a huge verity and the service is always with a smile.

I love shopping at Max because it’s 5 minutes from my house. I’m able to go whenever I need certain items, it so convenient and great prices on sale item. I use Max’s coupons to do most of my shopping. I would recommend Max’s grocery store to everyone. The people are friendly and always helpful when looking for a certain item! 5 Star rating ☺

Always have good selection of fresh meats. And anytime you need boxes to move, they will save them for you if you call in advance.. Love this!

I love Mac's on Arkansas Road! It's close to home, has awesome employees, and great prices. The deli is definitely a plus and has delicious food with a variety of meal selections.

I gave it five stars because the prices was good and the waiting was not long. The cashier was great but the other lady that was there should get one star and shouldn't be working in her post. When I told her I already put my stuff down and that I was going to stay there. She got mad and got an attitude. If you are going to work there you should not get mad and get an attitude. Should be fired.

Always what I want in store or they will get it coming

Great selection on meats, not so much for produce. I like the fact it's not as crowded as the bigger stores and yes the fact I don't have to use a self checkout.

Called and had many questions about the hot bar and talked to a nice lady.. initial T. And she was FANTASTIC.. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE..
answered all my questions with polite responses..no hint of irritation at all!!? Macs is LUCKY to have her!! I will be coming there and I live close to Swartz area in Monroe!!
