Ana was very inviting and cordial. She listened and really understood what service I needed. She worked with a lightening speed and got it done.😊👍

Ana was the 1st to greet me.I’m 76 and wasn’t there to make a pass at her I just wanted to know if my phone which was ordered weeks ago was still on the will call shelf.
Well I tell you, she really knows not only the phone but what the rules are at Verizon.
She started transferring data from my old but true friend, an i8 to my new silver i14Pro. The transfer was successful in less than an hour, while I was shopping out of store.
Then she took it upon herself to help me become familiar w/the basic operating procedures.
She’s quite an asset for Verizon and I say this from 1st hand experience.

Awesome unfortunately I’m not using my Google account. I’m using my stepmom‘s Google. I don’t do a lot of Google reviews. I don’t even really use Google Safari is my go to. I am an iPhone Lifer. i’m sure when I took the survey the store will know who I am great overall experience the young lady that helped me was awesome for her generation. I was shocked by her work ethics. I normally drive to the Ukiah store even to buy a case but I will probably start using this place which is only three blocks away from my house she went above and beyond very professional completely satisfied. I haven’t really dealt with any of the other employees. From now on, I will go there. This is my mother-in-law‘s account. I don’t really do Google like I said before but I hope this helps.
If they had all their employees that worked like her, it would be a store with no imperfections at all. Thank you and have a good day. I hope this helps everybody else out. She helped me so I’m passing it forward.

The young lady who helped me was excellent. She went above and beyond in helping me set up my phone, even put on the glass screen saver and the protective case for me. I hope I get her again if I ever need to go to your store

What an amazing experience. I came in frantic for a solution to my problem and they were able to help me right away. The store manager, Marco B., helped me take care of things on my account without any problems. Marco A. and Jennifer Jones were so helpful and did everything with a smile on their faces.

Clint does a masterful job explaining all aspects of the purchase. Very helpful in making my decisions on products.

Jennifer Jones was quite helpful today. She is knowledgeable, great customer service and a delight to work with. This Verizon location is one of the best I have ever used. Every time I have come to this store with a question about my account the employees here have been outstanding. I am a 20+ year Verizon customer and the service here rivals what I have experienced in NYC and Boston area.

You know…having a dead phone & changing carriers for the first time in over 10 years can be stressful. Anna was so friendly, professional & helpful that I’d do it all again if it was with her assistance. Thank you Anna!

Great experience, great customer service.

Staff had only Tim working there with no back up but he handled it. He juggled through so many customers and handled incoming calls from big bosses calling in to multitasking like I've never seen.

He took care of me. Tim went above and beyond and explained everything in detail. I hadn't slept well for two nights and he was completely understanding to it. I believe he was being overworked and deserves a promotion and a significant pay raise.

You just don't find people like this that can handle pressure the way I saw him handle it.

Thanks Tim, you should be running your own store or at least be in a managerial position. Like one that allows you to take a break. After all, the law requires you to get one and I saw that you nearly didn't get one...

Thanks again for everything brother, if it wasn't for you I would have NEVER gone with Verizon.

Needed a new phone and the technician helped me by recommending one and transferring all my info to the new phone. Everything went smoothly.

Every time I’ve come to their store they’ve always been able to answer any questions and help me with any account changes.

Buyer Tip, If your planning to upgrade your phones make sure you know your ICloud password and your Verizon 4 digit pass code. This will make your data transfer seamless and will save you a lot of time. Plus your sales person will be impressed! Love our IPhones and I Watches.
