Both Omar and his manager did everything they could to help us switch over to Verizon- we had countless hours of horrible representatives on the phone with Verizon wireless customer support - and Omar and his manager did everything they could to help us. The really spent so much time fixing all of the problems we had and made sure we left with everything working properly. Really they put in a big effort!

The manger is knowledgeable and quick to fix any kind of phone set up issues- and Omar spent days and hours helping us switch over to Verizon. Both employees were kind, calm and very helpful.

(If only Verizon wireless trained their tell sales agents the same!)

Chris was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He explained the different Apple phones & plans that are currently available & after checking our data & storage usage recommended which plan was best for us. He ordered the my phone and transferred the apps while I waited. The process took about an hour and was very easy. I’ll definitely go back when my wife and daughter are ready to upgrade to a new phone. Thanks Chris.

Simply amazing!! I recently went to R&K to upgrade my phone and yet again I was blown away by the customer service I received. The level of service hasn’t changed a bit in the two years since I last visited. Both John and Dill were extremely helpful, patient and personable! They truly went above and beyond to help me. Not everyone gets customer service right, but they definitely do! It was such a pleasant and refreshing customer experience! Thank you again for everything!

This is now my “go to” phone and tablet store! The service and patience that I received from Lisa was second to none! I am technologically impaired and she was patient, kind and so helpful. Lisa didn’t rush me or make me feel stupid. She also explained what she was doing so I could learn. I highly recommend this store.

Just amazing! I bought 2 phones months ago and they were on top and accommodating in every way! Today I went in because my 10 yr old son forgot his passwords to all because he kept changing them. The service and time spent with us was much appreciated! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you!!!

Bought a new phone at Russell Cellular in Woodbury NY yesterday the manager that helped was Lisa she was Amazing. I was in and out in 25-30 minutes all data, photos etc transferred perfectly. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and very professional it was a great experience recommend this place to all.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dev and his partner yesterday. Excellent customer service, patience and knowledge. It was refreshing dealing with people that work fast and do the right thing by their customers. Highly recommend this establishment.

My family and I have bought/troubleshot multiple devices here. Without exception, they always are super helpful.......even with Verizon devices they did not originally sell. They never try to up sell, instead steer you to the appropriate device, regardless of price.

after having a horrible experience at the Apple Store, Dev and Dil were amazing in assisting me with my phone. Their customer service was over the top. They were both knowledgable, professional and kind. If you have any reason to need a new phone, accesories or assistance Dev and Dil and the people to see. No matter where you live on Long Island, it is worth the trip to go see these two great guys!
