The UPS Store

November 4, my husband and I visited this store location and had an excellent experience. Multiple pages of print, which were in certain, restrictive format and needed to be enlarged, but this was no challenge for Byron, not only did he handle us respectfully and expeditiously, but he also gave us choices and supreme recommendations. Byron went out of his way to offer great service and product. Much appreciated.

First time ever visiting this store. I needed a document notarized and, despite the place being busy, they got me in and out quickly. These young men were friendly, efficient, and professional and made the visit a pleasure!

Jack and his team always do a great job taking care of us with all our business needs. Quick to respond to requests, helpful, and makes sure we have what we need.

This particular store has always been friendly and efficient in processing my transactions.

Jack and Byron whent above and beyond to help me ship stuff back to a retailer. This kind of detail is becoming fewer and fewer at companies. Love that they went the extra mile.

A very good store. They helped packaged my gift to my daughter. Friendly and kind service on all occasions we used this UPS. I’ll be back definitely for my Christmas cookie shipment! Be ready for the lil lady who chats too much!

This UPS store is outstanding in their customer service! I am 74 yrs old and I use them exclusively for shipping, FAXing, and Notary services - entirely because they go out of their way to be helpful. My husband is disabled and they come to the car in the parking lot to notarize his legal documents. I help my son-in-law with shipping in his internet business and if the boxes are big or heavy, the staff will always help me to get them into the store. I suppose every UPS store has the same services but this one is trying harder and I really appreciate them !

This is an awesome store with great employees! As a professional editor who is constantly working under deadlines, I use this store to handle all of my printing needs. My documents are handled with care and always ready for pick up upon my arrival. I have never, ever had a bad experience at this store. They are always courteous and highly professional. I recommend UPS in Chapin for any and all printing and shipping needs.

I have belonged to this UPS through several owners, back when Carol and Gordon owned it. . . about 16 years. This small store is personable, and there isn't a thing I've requested that they haven't done and done well. I have witnessed them deal with irate, impatient people, and they do it to the best of their abilities. . . much better than I could have. They've met every one of my needs with respect and efficiency, even going above and beyond in calling me when they knew I was looking for a package. During the pandemic, they stepped up, and they have handled customers remarkably well from my own observation. Sometimes they get blamed for things done by Amazon, by corporate UPS, or by the post office, and they simply explain and give advice on how someone can fix their problem. Regardless how Chapin grows....regardless if any other service comes to the area....I will stay with this store. They treat me like a respected customer.

Francis at the UPS store in Chapin was so efficient and helpful today. I was in and out in no time! So blessed to have this location in our town. Makes online shopping easy with returns, etc.

The manager is community focused, and it flows down to the staff. My requests are always completed in a timely manner, and professionally done.

This has included graphical signs for outside my place of business, and laminated papers for my home and office.

I Love the Chapin UPS Store. I think think this store is the best UPS store! I have been using this store since I moved to Chapin in 2015. I email whatever I need, tell them what I need and they get it done. I also do all my shipping from there. I have never had any problem , the employees are very friendly and helpful and go out of there way to get it done right. I would recommend this store to anyone!

I’ve gone to our UPS Store from time to time ever since it opened. There has never been a time that anyone there has not been professional and curtious.
No matter where I go I’m usually the first to say, and mean it, “Hi, how are you today.” There is also a smile on my face. To make this shorter, meet people with a positive attitude and that person will feel the same or almost the same way.
If more people considered others who are on their tired feet and back all day, maybe they would change their attitudes.

Nothing Less then 5 STARS.. Kim (manager of UPS) I call my assistant. Without her expertise in Office Management, Organization, and creativity I really would have a hard time transitioning from LE to Safety.
Her team has gone out of their way to locate me a UPS Stores in NYC to pick up shipments, pack and deliver to us in SC.

They just took my picture for my DHEC ID, I needed a Passport Photo in one of the Certs I hold.

This Store is not Just a shipping and delivery Store, Kim and her Team has made it into a 1 stop Office for ALL Your Needs....

Im Very Grateful for their patience, loyalty, and compassion for myself, and all they see everyday. This is one of the last True Southern Hospitality Stores, who will help anyone, and knows no stranger.

I use this store for my business. I email images I need printed and enlarged specifically to Kim. Kim knows exactly what I need without much explanation. I consider Kim and Terri like family. If time allows for us, we talk business and local news when I am in the store . I mail not only my UPS packages here but also U.S. mail when necessary. I trust this store and it's employes to handle my personal and business needs. Thanks for being my neighborhood friends Chapin UPS!
