Incredible service

I sent my mother down to this location that i frequent often to pick me up a bottle of bourbon. She selected the wrong brand (Jack Daniel’s) when I wanted Jim Beam. She goes back in less than 30 minutes later to see about exchanging it and was told they won’t exchange once the bottle leaves their building. Very disappointed in this policy that is not customer friendly or fair in my opinion. Unfortunately they lost my business. Buyer beware! Don’t make a mistake in their store once they have your money. Future business doesn’t seem to be important to them.
